Stupid play calling trying to pass that. McGahee is so bad at the goal line I really have no idea why we don't just give the rock to McClain or Rice. Giving the ball to Willis just to keep him happy is stupid, the only times he scores are when the offensive line makes it easy.

Vikings WR's: Moss, Rice, Berrian, Harvin Holy shit. So happy that Moss is gone from the Patriots before we play them though. Unless they repackage the picks they have midseason for another player, I don't understand the Pats motivation for doing this. However, with 2 picks in rounds 1-4 in next years draft, including what should be top picks (Oakland, Carolina), the Pats are gonna make waves on draft day.

Another reason not to use it is because you need to focus on that one target the whole play and it takes a great pass protection, so it's a risky play to run at times. I do agree it should be done more often, particularly if we can give Joe Boldin or Mason crossing underneath Housh and Rice coming out of the backfield, plenty of quick options on the same side of the field should limit the risk of a sack.

Kruger would've been great versus the Broncos. Of course once we cut Pryce our next guy goes down. Unbelievable. I'm expecting a lot of multi-LB pass rush.

Gaither's injury has been a big part of this. We are weaker at RT, RG, and have less potential in the unbalanced line as a result of people having to move positions. Once he comes back I expect things to pick up significantly. I'm also extremely happy to be where we are with the defenses we have faced. 4 tough defenses, top 10 in the NFL if you ask me.

Agree on Haloti and Webb, they both played great. However, the OLine wasn't able to open up anything for the run game, so while the pass protection was good, the lack of run blocking evened it out to an average performance overall for them. Best part of the offense for me was the ball getting spread around and keeping all the WR's happy.

Completely disagree that we didn't play well. Pittsburgh has a great defense and we beat them at home, take the win.

Yeah, lot's of flat-out drops by the DB's this year and Flacco is obviously giving the ball up way too much. The key to the rest of the season will be turning that around and winning the TO battle.

Like the thought but the record books are ruined again as everyone has stated, things like a 2000 yard season for RB's are not even a big deal.

Pryce has been flat out bad this year, but it's still a surprising move. I would think depth on the DLine versus Mendenhall is more important then adding another Safety to help out on Batch, but I'm not the one making the decisions. I am excited to see Kruger and Cody get a shot, but I would have rather had it be last week versus the Browns.
