  1. WOW! A fumble! And Pit has no more challenges! Perfect timing!
  2. Wall max, a pair of stupid penalties lets the steelers out from the shadow of their own goal...
  3. Koch delievers again! That ball shouldnt've been caught, but now Ben & co. are really backed up! Time for the sharks! Better seriously look out for Wallace on this possession. Ben's throwing doesn't look right, if he chooses to go deep it could be a pick!
  4. Definitely happy for Redding; the look on Ward's face was priceless. And Ben is now hurt, limping around. Blood's in the water, and the sharks are coming.
  5. The ravens have had some weird playoff TDs in the past, but Redding's was by far the weirdest. How was he the only dude to think of picking up that ball?
  6. DUDE WTF was that a fumble by Ben? Tomlin's gonna use his 2nd challenge and probably will lose! Crazy game already, holy crap; Suggs is having an awesome quarter.
  7. WOO-HOO! A run TD setup by the passes! YAY!
  8. Why didn't they show the PI penalty against Mason? Rice looks really sluggish, slow.
  9. Yikes, Wallace is too fast to have that kind of cushion. we could've had great field position; now probably PI against Wilson...yep. That matchup is gonna kill us if we don't get pressure on Ben.
  10. I'm more concerned that our secondary step up. Particularly corners. And even moreseo that Oher has the game of his life.
  11. I worry a bit also, Flacco seems to need a fraction of a second or so longer than other seasoned, accomplished QBs; but that's now up to design I think and if we do have 3 TEs going Saturday there should be enough available to take the bulk of the guesswork out of it for Joe. In any event I hope he plans on using his legs a little bit this time as well, that could be a difference too if the Pittsburgh pass rush becomes too aggressive. Rice or Pitta or another may spend more time pass-blocking than running routes.
  12. blechhhh, looks like this one's gone code blue; oh well not a bad effort by the twerps
  13. Non-jinxy disclaimer: of course the only way Terps win is if Duke continues to give it to them, Duke has missed many 3's, been playing sloppy and committing bad fouls. But hey, I'd take it.
  14. ...please no jinx.... Terps are playing hard and kinda good, leading 38-32 not quite two minutes through the second half...hmmm.........*ahem*...............could it happen for Gary................................again?
  15. I guess I wouldn't mind seeing the Falcons lose, but I think I'd like to see them lose on a larger stage ;)
  16. ZOINKS! Vick underthrows for the pick! Guess no Alcoa fantastic finish for the Iggles. And the Pack go to Atlanta! And seattle to chicago...BBBRRRRRR.
  17. Hmmm... are we looking at a classis Alcoa-fantastic-finish here?
  18. yeah they showed that in the post-game locker room clip, Reed was definitely choked up. and Reed's getting a private jet from the ravens to go back to his family.
  19. They definitely wanted it today, the Offense did I mean. The D definitely wanted it, but the O was as aggressive as they have been all season, and all over the field, unlike they have been lately. I loved how Flacco distributed the touches around, even Stallworth got into the act. This was a nice warm-up for the Steelers, and I hope Oher and co. are ready next week; #74 had a good game today, he'll need an outstanding one on Saturday. So will Flacco, but I think he's capapble of that by now, even against the Steelers; they will have a tough time game-planning against 5 receiving options if they choose to shut down the run, so our line better be Blitz-ready. I can't wait to see how fired up Ray-Ray and co. will be on defense, this is gonna be great.
  20. Even though it was rough at the start, give the Oline and Oher in particular credit for a solid game after a shaky beginning. And yes Flacco looked solid, and the pass distribution was broad enough to key their secondary honest and let us have a guy open. I think about how Sanchez' utter inaccuracy almost cost the Jets the game, and how Flacco was really accurate today, and how lucky we are to have him. This was by far his best playoff performance, and we totally needed it because the chiefs were selling out against Rice and the run game (until they just couldn't anymore.) Kudos to the D, totally dominant minus like maybe 3 plays that most teams will get against us a couple times; I especially like how they shut Charles down in the second half, and the secondary also closed up shop. How many pass attempts did Cassell have to receivers? couldn't have been more than 10...or it certainly seemed like that.
  21. We will see, won't we? We should know by now but maybe we don't. I agree with the run-run-run and pass aggressively on opportunity. Or maybe more often. This offense is as ready as it wants to be. Period.
  22. ... I omit something... Yeah, that reminds me of some team...
  23. I truly believe the Ravens will make it out of the wild-card round (not too easily mind you) and probably to to Heinz field next weekend. And I b'lieve the receivers will have as much to do with it (mayber more) as the running backs; i really hope the ball does get distributed around, as Cameron alludes to doing in the quotes.
  24. My bad I forgot the Saints picked him up. I actually saw him in a game or two now that I recall. But he wasn't in the league for bit before then rigth? Oh well, he definitely hasn't be with US for a bit.
