  1. You're just an asshole, you really cannot help it can you? Seriously, do you actually think you make yourself look anything other than an idiot when you constantly post things like that?
  2. Well that was an ugly end to the regular season. I don't think much effort was put into the game but I would have liked to have played better than that. Next week is going to be tough, should be fun.
  3. I think that would make more sense if it stated "Logic dictates Captain, that if pro-gunners were as violent as pro-gunners say they are" etc. I mainly hear how violent gun owners are by other gun owners who immediately start making threats and spouting off how tough they are as soon as someone even mentions the words gun and control in the same sentence. Its certainly not going to make any less sense than it does now. I will be honest and say that as flawed as it is it makes more sense than most of your posts.
  4. While we may want more, or even expected it, no matter where they go in the playoffs this was a successful season. With the injuries they had winning the division is big.
  5. To you too! Merry Christmas all.
  6. If a player is making a scene because he doesn't agree with a move the coach made then I think the player is having an ego trip. Not the coach. But please take what is probably an exaggeration from a local sports talk station and pretend it is some kind of evidence against a coach you have bitched and moaned about for years.
  7. What a pleasant surprise todays game was.....
  8. If true that sounds like a Reed problem and not a coaching problem. Hes embarrassing himself, not Harbs IMO. I am not praising or slamming the benching, but its not Reeds place to make a mockery of it like that.
  9. Have a great holiday season and 2013 Steeler fans
  10. I'd be amazed if Harbaugh was let go in any scenario. If the team was more healthy maybe, but I just dont see it now.
  11. If the team has questions about him and still sincerely believes he can be a franchise QB then I agree with you. If they do not, then there is no reason not to explore a change sooner rather than later. I have seen enough, I don't think most good QBs that have been in the league for 5 years still struggle with mechanics as often as Joe does nor do I think at this point his pocket presence will improve. I still think he doesn't read the field well either. I'd love to be wrong, having him be a good franchise QB would be the best possible solution.
  12. I think the decision will come down to "Joe is probably better than most random QBs we can pick up" so its really risky for a GM to let him walk. So therefore even if they don't think he is the answer long term I think he will be back.
  13. I don't think Flacco is the answer and I think the sooner the team moves on the better. At least in the long run. Having said that, I don't see any way he is not here next year. And I am not sure he shouldn't be. If you blame Cameron you cannot judge Joe solely on three games after Cam's firing. So while I hope, really hope, that he is not the starter next year I kind of think he should be.
  14. Because I really do think you are acting like an idiot, I am not joking around about that. If I was I might tell you to fuck off, but you're not being funny and you're certainly not being intelligent. The only funny (and sad) thing about you is how much of a fit you throw and how insulting you become whenever anyone disagrees with you in the least. So I guess its kind of funny to see an old man throw fits, but beyond that its just boring and sad.
  15. Well I guess you be on your way then, surely you wont want to keep coming here then....Its a shame because you add so much to the board. I mean its not like you are just desperately trying to get attention here lately.
  16. Regardless of the outcome, which made me happy, that was a good game. I needed to watch a good game after ours.
  17. I dont. Other countries play a lot of video games too and do not have these problems like we do. I really wouldn't be surprised if someone ill was inspired by video games but i don't think they affect the average person. Sick people can find inspiration in a lot of places.
  18. Thanks Billy. If someone like you dislikes my post I feel like it was a successful one. If someone else responded to my post and referenced Jim Jones I'd think they were making a joke. Not you, continue to argue the absurd and think you are saying something logical. Seriously guys, why don't we shed tears about a cult suicide that happened 35 years ago? Its exactly like what happened yesterday and just as timely. Maybe you meant to quote someone elses post. Somehow you inferred I blamed the weapon not the person. I don't see how you got that from my post. Just because I am not dead set against some stronger gun control laws I guess makes you assume that about me. Funny.
  19. I know what it says, so whats your point toldyousosmurf? Surely you are not claiming that the "shall not be infringed" part negates any or all of the parts that came before it? And maybe you have seen and heard people advocating banning all guns, I have not in my discussions both online and off in the past few days. What prompted and preceded "Come to my home and try to take my guns. You'll get the bullets first"? Spoiler alert, it wasn't a post advocating removing all guns.
  20. I'd say its pretty knee jerk when one person mentions 'tougher gun control laws' and its assumed right away that means guns will be taken away (which will be met with bullets lmao). This leads to insults and comparisons to Nazi Germany. Let me try something: "well regulated". Did that show up? So its not invisible? As far as I know the 2nd amendment contains those two words in it. For some reason a lot of people never see that. So therefore I don't think its necessarily an infringement on anyone's rights to discuss or propose stricter gun control laws. I certainly understand questioning how easy it is to obtain guns and whether or not citizens should be able to own assault rifles. These are certainly fair questions to ask, and I don't fault anyone for asking them. I believe in the second amendment, some people here wont think so because I do not think it means citizens can own any type of gun they want - and I would not be against tougher steps involved before being allowed to own a gun, but I do consider myself pro 2nd amendment. The closest I ever come to wavering on my support of that amendment is when I listen to the pro gun supporters on forums like these. Most (not all) simply cannot carry on a reasonable discussion. They always argue it to the absurd (ie the tobacco example) or become irrational ("there (incorrectly spelled usually) not taking my guns") and /or then insulting. After a while when I see the type of people arguing with me, and seemingly a majority are like this, I start to wonder if I made a huge mistake.
  21. Its just a "I told you so" type post.
  22. Ouch. I must be a terrible person.
  23. Note to mods: amazingly enough the post above contains no spelling mistakes and is punctuated correctly. I know it will look like the post was edited and corrected. I didn't do it. Steel, you post smack, garbage, and predictions all the time. I'm not going to feel bad for reminding you about a bad one and making a joke about your use of English. If it bothers you so much, stop being such an ass so often and I wont mock you.
  24. I don't know - if not for the turnovers we may have put the game away. Its the AFC Fourth this year. As in fourth best division in the AFC.
