The Green Bay Packers average almost 30 points a game so far this season. The Ravens defense is coming into their own and I believe that they will hold Green Bay to 24 points. Question is, can Joe Flacco and company score more than that? I say yes, barely. Intangibles: Packers are 0-2 on the road this year while the Ravens are 2-0 at M&T. The Ravens have won something like 13 straight home games against the NFC and under Harbaugh, they are 10-0 vs. NFC opponents at home. Look for a big defensive turn over by the Ravens D to turn this game. My prediction: Ravens 27. Packers 24.

It took my wife 20 minutes to get back to her seat after halftime because she didn't have her tix with her. The fatso wouldn't let her back to her seat. After the game, I got in the nazi red shirt's face just to rub it back in her face. Miami fans were mad after the loss. They really thought they had this game won. But I guess we would be peeved off too if 22,000 Packer fans invaded our stadium singing and chanting the whole game too. Harbs was really impressed.

Same with me Crave. I was in the far corner and could only see the ball flying high in the air before it was picked off. I later saw that a pass rusher got his hand on it during a replay. McKinnie got beat bad on that play.

I'm guessing that McKinnie goes to Jax since they now have NO left tackle. Ravens will probably get one or two of those late draft picks back. Hopefully.

Have to agree 100% Crave. Joe was hit pretty good in Miami. We HAVE to protect our main asset much better. In your last post, I think you meant Monroe, not McKinnie. Personally, I think this Oline will get better each week. Joe has to be upright to get that ball downfield.

Coach Harbs said that he is weighing whether to bring JJ back as the punt returner and receiver or just easing him in as a receiver first. To me, this is a no brainer. Ease him in as a receiver only. Thompson and Doss have filled in very nicely in their respective roles as punt and kick off return men.

Just got back home Crave. It was a great game, but man, it was hot as hell in that ballpark. Miami fans not too happy after their loss and it showed. I read in the Miami Herald this morning that their public address music guy started playing that stupid 1940's something hillbilly Dolphins song right after their kicker put his foot into it, believing that it was going to be automatically good. After the miss, he quickly stopped it. Great to get a road win. What do ya think about that Josh?

Ravens just made a strong statement to the entire O-line, especially McKinney that your starter status is not etched in stone. Neither is your team status. With the signing of this Jax left tackle, the F.O. just sent a pretty strong message to the team. I like it!

Let's not forget, Miami is a very sound football team. I expect a good game by both teams. Turnovers may determine this one and the Ravens had enough last week to last the next three weeks. Ravens in a tight one and the Buffalo game will soon be behind us.

That's how I would chracterize that game in Buffalo. "Freakish". But as somebody elluded to in a thread, the Ravens seem to have one or two of these kind of games every season. They did last year and they will next year too. But lets take a look at John Harbaugh's record as our coach. How often do the Ravens lose two in a row? Not very often is the answer. After getting embarrssed in Denver, we came home to beat a decent team in the Browns. I don't care what anybody says, the Browns are better now than they have been in a very long time. The following week, we demolished a playoff contender in the Texans. Look for the Ravens to bounce back this Sunday vs. the Dolphins, playing on a short week. Ravens will win a in tight typical Baltimore Ravens slugfest, 23 to 20.
