As to the defense, I agree. This group looks great. The offense- we will have to wait to the season starts to find out.

V- I think this entire D will be dominant.

I am not saying that this season will be a make or break because of the Pitta injury. I have full faith in this new outstanding defense to get us where we need to be at the half way point. What I was saying Money, is that I believe something will click at the start of the second half offensively which will catapult this team to the playoffs for the sixth straight year. An unknown receiver will become an outstanding receiver. Who that is -remains to be seen.

The loss of Pitta is huge. Sorry, but unless somebody steps up big time, the Ravens offense under Joe Flacco is going to suffer. Pitts is a huge offensive weapon. I hope they can regruop and figure it all out. My gut tells me that they won't until the second half of the season.

Eisenburg wrote a nice piece about this. I was wondering what others think. Do you believe this season is a bust unless we win another Superbowl?, Get to the AFC Championship game?, Win the AFCN? Get to the playoffs ? Another words, what are you reasonanably expecting this season? My take: We had alot of turnover this past year, losing some serious talent. But, as I alluded to earlier, I believe that on paper, we are actually better. To be successful this year, I would expect them to win the AFCN and get to the AFC championship. Who knows, with a little luck and help from above, perhaps another superbowl.

Seems like the 9er's are just crybabies, starting with their head coach. Kap? Not a good guy.
