  1. Team Stats Points Per Game 14.3 25.0 Points Allowed Per Game 17.6 20.6 Total Yards 340.1 365.5 Yards Passing 235.8 202.8 Yards Rushing 104.3 162.7 Yards Allowed 325.3 357.0 Pass Yards Allowed 203.6 275.0 Rush Yards Allowed 121.6 82.0 This team has no identity, and they are running out of time. There are too many good players on this roster to be so inconsistent. I'm predicting a 6-3 Ravens win to avoid cursing them. Denver has the worst scoring offense since 2000 Browns. What are the odds that they get healthy on us?
  2. I'm not trying to defend Lamar. The whole offense was dysfunctional. There was 5 drops Sunday. And Lamar had poor throws on 2 potential TD's. Without the 62-yard reception by Jackson (which was a beautiful throw), his numbers passing would be poor. Rushing he was solid. Going for it on 4th and inches led to a Jags TD. Clock mgmt. was poor. Every game for years the play comes in late, and the team has seconds to get set and snap. Lamar hardly gets a pre snap read. The D was a no show in the last 2 minutes. 3 turnovers on the road cost them. Blame 2 guys if you want. I saw a team loss. I'm waiting until the season is over to render my verdict on Lamar and Roman. The Ravens have the #2 rushing attack (great) and the # 26 passing offense (really bad). They are the #9 scoring offense. Need to get up into the top 5. Other than Kubiak and possibly Caldwell, the Ravens have not done well with OC's.
  3. The press conference was anti climatic. Only 1 question on Lamar's tweet. Harbaugh said they talked about it and that this is totally out of character from the Lamar he knows. He tells the players not to get on social media after a game, especially after a loss because nothing good can happen.
  4. Scene outside 1 Winning Drive as 2:45 Press Conference nears... Media is now approaching the Castle....
  5. Lamar was terrible throwing until that 62 yarder to deshaun. He was 13-of-29 for 168 yards until then. No TD's ... since 11/7. Somethings wrong. Maybe his hip. This red zone offense looks like the 2000 red zone offense. 3 form 9 trips the last 2 games. pathetic Here's the bad news: During their time off from the bye, the Jags watched film and noticed a glaring weakness on the Ravens D. Peters and Stephens. Stephens is stiff and should be playing safety and Peters has lost a step and can't keep up. Clark can't cover. He gets there too late. Lawrence destroyed them.
  6. I'm kind of shocked that Lamar would Tweet and talk like that. Or even be affected by some anonymous strangers thoughts. He lost it. Somethings really wrong in 'Lamar World.' I didn't think he was the kind to melt down. Until this point he was such a good power of example to kids. He will have to issue a public apology statement. His image is tarnished.
  7. Jamison Hensley • — Today at 10:41 AM Ravens are 10-5 under John Harbaugh when their opponent is coming off a bye.) [10:46 AM] Ravens first-round pick Kyle Hamilton is catching passes on the field right now but he isn't moving much. The rookie safety hurt his knee last game and did not practice this week. He is listed as questionable. Ravens WR Devin Duvernay is running hard and cutting in his usual pre-game warmups.Duvernay was added to the injury report Friday with a hamstring injury and was listed as questionable. The Ravens scored 13 points last Sunday, their second-fewest in a regular season game in Lamar Jackson's five seasons. The Jaguars have allowed 20 or more points in five straight games, the longest active streak by any team this season, per @ESPNStatsInfo. Lamar Jackson is 10-4 (.714) in November since 2019, his first full season as a starter. That’s the fourth-best winning percentage in the NFL over that span. We're Representing! Jamison Hensley • T — Today at 11:39 AM Lamar Jackson’s supporting cast Sunday at Jacksonville RB: Gus Edwards, Kenyan Drake, Justice Hill WR: Demarcus Robinson, Devin Duvernay, DeSean Jackson, James Proche, Tylan Wallace TE: Mark Andrews, Josh Oliver, Nick Boyle [11:40 AM] Ravens wearing white jerseys and purple pants at the Jaguars
  8. I want to see what you want to see! Fans of every team want to see the same thing from their team as us ... a convincing victory. We might be a month waiting for that. They need Stanley, JK and Gus back 100% with no rust. Then Lamar needs more time with Likely, Duverney and Robinson as his main targets besides Andrews. JK has to be a factor along with Ricard and Oliver. It could be really good by then. We'll see.
  9. Jackson has full participation Thursday after missing Wednesday’s practice with a hip injury. https://t.co/YKIfJcl1fi Jamison Hensley on Twitter “Ravens QB Lamar Jackson was on the practice field again Friday. Jackson has full participation Thursday after missing Wednesday’s practice with a hip injury.” Ravens practice report (Friday) Not practicing OT Ronnie Stanley (ankle) S Kyle Hamilton (knee) CB Jalyn Armour-Davis (hip) CB Marcus Peters* DE Jason Pierre-Paul* Returned to practice WR Demarcus Robinson (hip) *-Likely rest day Ravens RB Gus Edwards (hamstring/knee) was practicing Friday after a full practice on Thursday. He's definitely trending toward playing Sunday at the Jaguars. It looks like Stanley and Hamilton won't be playing Sunday.
  10. On the Offense. They have shown they can run (#2 rushing attack) and we know they will run better with Gus and JK back. Their identity is to pound the football. Everybody knows they will be coming at them. Everybody's plan is to stop the Ravens rushing attack or at least limit it, and force Lamar to beat them with his arm. So far to the tune of 6-3 Lamar has done just enough to beat teams with his arm and legs. And teams have had limited success slowing down Lamar, the ground game and the Ravens unacceptable 27th passing attack. Sunday the Ravens threw 33 times and ran 30. It was a day to just run yet they threw 33 times with limited success. I think as long as games are close, then Roman will keep trying to get a passing offense going so they have something for the playoffs. I'm fine with that. Even if it struggles as long as they don't lose because he gets pass happy. In Lamar defense, his weapons on offense keep changing. We saw Gus and JK for a limited time, Andrews missed time. Bateman's on IR. Now we don't know of Stanley will be back this week. The O roster is close to what they looked like last year except all the key players should be back soon. That makes it harder to establish a rapport, rhythm and QB/WR intuitive reel. there is no argument from me that Lamar has to execute better in the passing game. He's been missing wide open targets. Games should have been won by larger margins. This passing attack has to get better by the playoffs. Everything else, as of now, seems in order. If the playoffs happened today then Lamar has Andrews, Likely, Robinson and Duverney as weapons. Not very scary for DC's. Desean Jackson and Proche are in the wings. Ricard and the RB'sare available. Roman's and Lamar's job is to make them scary. Starting will using Duverney to break out vs the Jags. Lamar as a passer: 1,977 yards 6.8 ypp 16 TD's 7 INT's 60.6 QBR 23rd in completion % 21st with a 6.8 ypp 7th in QBR As a runner: 14th with 666 yards 1st at 6.9 ypc 27th with 3 rushing TD's 2022 SEASON ST23rd in completion 7th with 16n TD's
  11. He's on his way back! He practiced today. The 21 day window is now open.
  12. Turnovers are a big difference. Ravens +9. Jags +1 Baltimore #1 in Special Teams. Jags are a decent #5. Don't get me wrong, the Jags are a team on the rise from the ashes, but if the Ravens don't defeat them handily, then they are weak playoff contenders at this point of the season. Especially after last week. The Ravens are very strong on Defense and Special Teams. That is a huge plus. Jamison Hensley “We’re trying to chase Ravens’ defenses [from] the past that have just showed an elite greatness.” During Baltimore’s 4-game winning streak, the defense has produced more turnovers (7) than TDs allowed (5). Over the last four games, the Ravens rank third in the NFL in fewest points allowed (14.5) and yards given up (283.3). The Offense has to find itself. We have a new player emerging in Robinson, but the Panther secondary is pretty bad. Then get Gus back. But will Stanley be out? Now they still have plenty of time to get it together and be strong contenders.
  13. Holy Shit! It's week 12. He's a rookie. Baltimore Ravens | Home
  14. Week 12 Keep the train rolling to that infamous 8-3. Bengals are hot so it's important to have some breathing room in the North. Plus, a win keeps them on track for a possible 1 or 2 seed. The warm weather means that we'll see Gus and Deshawn Jackson. There should be another few surprise starters. I am worried about the offense if Stanley doesn't play. D will hold up without Hamilton but it's a bummer because he was breaking out. Stats look fairly even. Team Stats Points Per Game 24.8 21.6 Points Allowed Per Game 19.9 20.5 Total Yards 360.5 373.0 Yards Passing 197.7 233.4 Yards Rushing 162.8 139.6 Yards Allowed 356.8 368.3 Pass Yards Allowed 270.4 258.2 Rush Yards Allowed 86.4 110.1 Trevor Lawrence. 2,334 yards, 13 TD's, 6 ints, QBR of 51 2022 SEASON Jags not so hot lately... AFC North projections (Heading into Week 12) Reach playoffs Ravens 98.6% Bengals 72.3% Browns 2.7% Steelers 0.2% Win division Ravens 89.1% Bengals 10.5% Browns 0.3% Steelers 0.1%
  15. 5 drops. plus the penalties = Drive Killers. It was windy as shit. I saw 2 passes sail over receiver's heads that were lifted up by the wind. I don't want to make this about Lamar's passing game. The offense looked like shit. Slow, poor execution, poor play calling ...even Ricard had a bad game. Then Roman keeps calling running plays geared for the outside vs the fast Panther LB's! Run straight at them. Run them over! Likely has to step up. Duverney has to step up. And Oweh???? Another week and we have no idea if he was on the field. 23 snaps. The elephant in the room is Stanley's ankle (hurt by Lamar) and Hamilton's knee (injured by Smith). Please...please.... The Ravens have the # 9 scoring offense in the NFL at 24.8 points per game. They have the 28th passing attack at 187.4 yards per game. The Chiefs #1, Dolphins #2, Bills#3, Bengals #4 and Chargers #6 in yards. In scoring the Bills are #1, Chiefs #2, Bengals #3, Dolphins #6. There is a very good chance that the Ravens will meet these teams in the playoffs. Great Ravens D will help. Special Teams will. help. Offense has to evolve over the next 7 games.
  16. Lamar had a 72% completion %. That's with 5 drops. 3 sacks.6.3 ypp. It was extremely windy. I saw 2 of his passes take off with the wind carrying them away. On Mondays I look at the good and the bad. 7-3 great! 7 more games to put their "winning playoff formula" team together. We know that we have a very good defense now. We know Special Teams are the same. The offense ????? They couldn't even run yesterday and that's their bread and butter. 30 carries 115 yards for 3.8 ypc. that won't cut it in the playoffs. Now that will change with Gus and JK.
  17. The Offense was horrible. And the D was great. Queen, Smith, Campbell, Humphry, Peters, JPP ... where was Oweh? He's done nothing this year. Ravens (7-3) Bengals (6-4) Steelers (3-7) Browns (3-7)
  18. Nice! So ... he's going to go off Sunday. Cold and windy ... good day to reclaim the single game rushing record.
  19. I'm feeling the same way. Sign Lamar to create room for Smith. The 2022 draft has produced a ton of good inexpensive talent. Temperature game Time is going to feel like it's in the 20's and it will be windy. Special Ravens gear will be needed.
