ForceEight Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 10 catches, 119 yards. He had 34 catches for 480 yards all of last season... Quote
bmw800 Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 He also dropped a few huge catches on 3rd downs and in the last several minutes Quote
vmax Posted September 13, 2010 Posted September 13, 2010 Good for Mark. Nevertheless, they only scored 13 points in the loss. Quote
colincac Posted September 13, 2010 Posted September 13, 2010 He is the best player on that team, so he's going to get targets...Just wait till we see TJ tomorrow night and nobody will care about any numbers Clayton puts up. Quote
ForceEight Posted September 13, 2010 Author Posted September 13, 2010 I agree with that. And I know he dropped a few. It was just nice to see him do pretty well. Quote

ForceEight Posted September 13, 2010 Author Posted September 13, 2010 I don't think we'll need to worry about regretting it. Quote
cravnravn Posted September 13, 2010 Posted September 13, 2010 He single handily cost them the game with his dropped pass in the last minute.. He makes circus catches, then he drops the most important short ones. Quote

ForceEight Posted September 13, 2010 Author Posted September 13, 2010 I can give Mark a pass on the mistakes for now. He was on a different team and didn't know the playbook just two weeks ago; he probably still doesn't know it now. That makes his stat line all the more impressive. I just have a feeling he's going to be pretty good for the Rams. Quote
Spen Posted September 13, 2010 Posted September 13, 2010 I like Clayton and wish him the best. I agree with Force, for being on the team for only two weeks I think Clayton's numbers are great. For whatever reason Clayton hasn't progressed much here after a decent first couple of seasons. I also don't blame the Ravens for wanting more out of the position and picking up TJ. Quote
