3-2 with a decent road ahead...Bears, Vikings, Dolphins, and Titans.

All phases executed well.

Kudos to the O line. No sacks! 143 yards rushing. Amazing.

Only 1 penalty.

No turnovers.

39 rushes vs 26 passes. Solid.

Wallace, Collins and Allen had great games. Macklin had 6 catches and moved the chains.

And even Perriman had 2. One was a clutch 3rd down play.

It was a great game. Now if they would just stop trying to run the screen plays. They must be the only team in the league that can't run them...

Have to give credit to the offensive line, outstanding job.

An unexpectedly solid effort and victory. Only 1 penalty is amazing. Defense shut them down late. Joe looked like an elite quarterback. I was beginning to think he was washed up.

Great work by the OL...who knew that would happen? Collins is a keeper. Wallace was fantastic and Macklin and Perriman were good too.

They've got to do this again and again before I become a full believer but I am much impressed by today's game.

It's nice waking up Monday morning to a Ravens win. It helps make the week a little more fun.

it helps seeingRthsslxxbrrgrr throw 5 int's. 2 returned for TD's. In their house. :yeah:

3-2 with 4 possible wins coming up is a nice shot of hope.

Parity set this schedule up and because of parity, there is no way this team can bank on winning any of those games. But they are not over matched.

So I'm with oldno82. Show me.

This team can't sustain more injuries. If Buck or Collins goes down who's the featured RB? Ricard?

They are out of O line options.

Sundays team effort and win is something they can build on.

It worked, we won, but I didn't like taking the foot off the pedal in the third quarter.

I appreciate limiting potential mistakes. This method works, but (1)an opponent could be put away with more scoring,

(2) even in a conservative mode, mistakes can be made, and (3) reduces what could be a good stat day.

This is where critics accumulate stats that are used in an attempt to back up an argument.

Figures (stats) can be used out of context to misrepresent the facts.

In summary, it seemed to give the Raiders an ability to catch up, inciting the fans, instead of putting them away.

krf82- good post. fwiw- I think Joe and the O have a helluva long way to go; hence the decision to start conservative in 2nd half.

To your point, we aren't going to win many games or any games against good teams by playing conservative.

Fortunately, we were playing a Carr-less Raider team and could afford to do so.

Looking ahead, maybe this team - both offense and defense - can improve and play consistently well week to week (and that's a big IF).

When and if it gets to that level of play, you'd like to see this team put its collective foot on the opposing team's throat and put em' away.

The last team I saw do this was the 2000 SB team.

I think this team has quite a ways to go but it would be great to see - sooner than later.
