vmax
After licking their wounds, the Ravens have an opportunity for a "Get Healthy" game. 80.5% win probability....if you believe in that kind of stuff. Across the field/beltway, the Indigenous Persons media thinks that Haskins will "Get Healthy" against the Ravens defense... Quote Dwayne Haskins Jr. is in need of a bounceback game after his performance against the Cleveland Browns, and he is set up to have that opportunity against the Baltimore Ravens. Haskins has thrown for at least 200 yards in two of three games, but he has the chance to perform above his average against the Ravens. Quarterbacks have combined to complete 65.8% of their passes for 849 yards and six touchdowns to two interceptions. And there is a good chance Haskins will have time to work through his progressions with the Ravens forcing just six sacks through three games..............The past three weeks have shown that the Ravens are susceptible to long plays. The unit allowed seven pass plays of at least 10 yards against Baker Mayfield and the Browns. That was followed up by 11 against the Houston Texans and 15 against the Chiefs..........https://www.washingtonfootball.com/news/how-dwayne-haskins-can-take-advantage-ravens-pass-defense ALL-TIME SERIES The series between Baltimore and Washington is tied, 3-3. The Ravens hold a 102-94 scoring advantage in those games. The first matchup between the two teams came on Oct 26, 1997 (Ravens 20, Washington 17). Washington has won the last two contests against Baltimore, including their most recent bout Oct. 9, 2016 (Washington 16, Ravens 10). The opportunity exists for a lot of demon exercising...for both teams. Team Stats Points Per Game 30.3 20.7 Points Allowed Per Game 18.7 27.0 Total Yards 361.3 308.3 Yards Passing 195.0 208.3 Yards Rushing 166.3 100.0 Yards Allowed 390.0 362.3 Pass Yards Allowed 283.0 237.3 Rush Yards Allowed 107.0 125.0 Jonas Shaffer @jonas_shaffer Washington will be without both Young (2.5 sacks) and DT Matt Ioannidis (1.5 sacks) on Sunday. But there's still Ryan Kerrigan (two sacks), Montez Sweat (two sacks) and Jonathan Allen (1.5 sacks) to deal with. Quote The Ravens have a short practice week after playing Monday night, but all 53 players on the roster practiced Wednesday. Five players were limited participants – left tackle Ronnie Stanley (shoulder), inside linebacker L.J. Fort (thigh), defensive end Derek Wolfe (elbow), cornerback Jimmy Smith (knee) and defensive back/linebacker Anthony Levine Sr. (abdomen)...............https://www.baltimoreravens.com/news/who-s-practicing-who-s-not-vs-washington I don't know much about OC Scot Turner..he's Norv's son... Quote He's worked with the most potent offensive weapon in the game - Christian McCaffrey - as well as top end receivers like Gordon and Moore. He's deeply steeped in the Air Coryell offense refined by his father, as well as exposed to the pro style offense and power running game employed by John Harbaugh at Michigan. Looks like they're going to throw. ...........but Rivera as HC and Del Rio as DC is pretty solid. Should be a good defense. One advantage Washington will have is they're playing in an empty stadium.....They're used to it. Dang! That got me longing for "the good old days" One day, if I ever grow up, I want to be like him. oldno82
Our line has holes and their pass rush is good. I don't foresee a big win.
vmax
I don't see how the Ravens put a lot of points on the board as most experts predict. KC does not have a great defense and the Ravens could not execute.
tsylvester
Panic starts at the top, itnis shaped like pressure, it either forges diamonds or coal. When the coach starts emitting the scent of fear by calling plays out of the norm, the players feel the trembles down the reins and their muscles tighten. Sight is effected, their minds get occupied with thoughts of not giving in, not giving up with every play a must make a big play. Before they can realize it they are lost, a big play given up, a block missed, a pass dropped, an open man not found, a route run off course, a ball thrown errantly. When the dust settles, when the rock is refined, it will reveal only coal or diamond. Yes, it starts at the top; who will panic...
Spen
You laugh but Uncle Rico could throw the ball a half mile or so. If only they gave him the chance..... Should be an easy win tomorrow. 25 - 10. If they play, rumors of lots of positive COVID tests (not in this game) has some wondering if the league skips a week. I don't see it. If the average person gets the virus or is exposed to it, we are told to quarantine for 14 days. Meaning average person misses two paychecks, average paycheck before taxes, what, $600-800 per week. These millionaires get the virus or are exposed to it, don't have to quarantine, meaning they xan collect their weekly check averaging what, $450,000 per game check.... Last night when Chris Christie checked into the hospital - initial reports had it for "precautionary reasons". That's something the average can do too, right? tsylvester
Sluggish start, due to a 40 minute bus ride maybe? Hope they wake up, that offensive series looked disjointed

tsylvester
I think the Ravens are the only team that cannot run a tunnel screen nor stop one... But an 18 pt lead in the 4th should equal a win.

tsylvester
Tucker needs the kicks, but getting cute with the running game ended that long, time consuming drive. Play calling/design has really been sub par this game even with 31 pts scored
tsylvester
Again they run out of bounds; stop it..... Late game penalties, stop it... Let the clock run.. Great, RG3 tosses a pick....Why is he even throwing the ball?
tsylvester
Scrubs in on defense and so much for an 18 pt lead...
tsylvester
Well that will do it, score not really indicative of the game, but a road a win is a road win. Lots of work to do.
Spen
Good win, not as close as the score made it look. Outcome never in doubt, what more could one ask? Not perfect by any stretch but overall a very good game.
vmax
Offense did ok with a patched up line. Fluker at RT and Brown at LT had to screw up some plays against a very solid D line. The defense has too many holes in the middle. 3 sacks and 9 QB hits. That's an improvement. 69 rushing yards allowed...3.1 per carry...not bad. Nice come back game for Queen. RG3 looks like dog do. Everybody knew that he was going to keep it and run....and come up short. I wonder if that was the play that was called? "Stop thinking that you are Lamar." Ravens 3-1 Indigenous Persons at 1-3 remain in 1st place in the NFC East. 14 for 21 for 193 yards...9.2 ypc. 2 TD's passing. 1 rushing 107.8 QBR...not a bad day yet he left some plays on the field. He also made some plays when there was nothing.
