papasmurfbell Posted November 23, 2020 Posted November 23, 2020 As long as Gus doesn't test positive he gets almost all the carries. Quote
vmax Posted November 23, 2020 Posted November 23, 2020 Gus and Hill did a serviceable job at the end of last season. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted November 24, 2020 Posted November 24, 2020 Gus has been dominant. Now the issue goes to the stuff from 60 mins last night. Quote
tsylvester Posted November 24, 2020 Author Posted November 24, 2020 If the wind is blowing Hill will be blown down as soon as he takes the handoff... Gus bus all the way.. Quote
tsylvester Posted November 24, 2020 Author Posted November 24, 2020 Practice today was canceled On Tuesday, the Ravens canceled practice after learning of more positive coronavirus tests Tuesday morning, according to a source Quote
vmax Posted November 24, 2020 Posted November 24, 2020 I hearing 4 more players but that is just rumor at this moment. Quote
tsylvester Posted November 24, 2020 Author Posted November 24, 2020 Not a rumor any longer, McPhee, P, not the nanny, tests positve too,... Quote
tsylvester Posted November 24, 2020 Author Posted November 24, 2020 At this point they are going to have to go with a 0-7 scheme, no defensive linemen and 7 linebackers.... Quote
papasmurfbell Posted November 25, 2020 Posted November 25, 2020 This is going to be ugly. Do they even get in? If you have new positives wed I can see pit balking at the idea of playing thur. Quote
vmax Posted November 25, 2020 Posted November 25, 2020 For the D line the Ravens will have Wolfe (currently listed as sick/illness...I wonder why?), Ellis, Madubuike, Ward, and Washington. They may even use Ricard. I don't know who's on the practice squad that they could bring up. This is going to look like a remake of the Alamo........or Bataan. Quote

papasmurfbell Posted November 25, 2020 Posted November 25, 2020 Yeah I would think so. We will test positive tomorrow and not get the results until after the game? Quote
vmax Posted November 25, 2020 Posted November 25, 2020 As long as there are enough bodies to field a team, then this game should be played. The numbers of players who will be out due to covid +those ruled out due to injuries is now a significant, climbing number. Let's see if more are reported today and tomorrow. It very well could change over night. Quote

We will test positive tomorrow and not get the results until after the game? It's all about player safety doncha know... I mean play on a short week, the games are usually either lop sided or full of mistakes by both teams because one or both teams have no recovered from the game 3 days ago.... No put one team short handed, or make a player feel pressured to play when they are injured because a team is short staffed... Sure, it's about the players safety, uh ha... One analyst had it right. Look at the 4 teams playing during the day- bekow 500, crap. Think they will move the money maker of two winning clubs with their history of games? Not on your life, or is it the players' lives... vmax Posted November 26, 2020 Posted November 26, 2020 It looks to me like they want more time because they think others could test positive over they next few days. Quote
tsylvester Posted November 26, 2020 Author Posted November 26, 2020 Per the report Seven Baltimore players and a number of coaches have tested positive since Sunday night, delaying the heavily anticipated game, despite earlier hopes that the NFL would be able to keep the schedule intact, the NFL Network reported. vmax Posted November 26, 2020 Posted November 26, 2020 The Ravens don't have a center.... tsylvester Posted November 26, 2020 Author Posted November 26, 2020 And another one... 10 players total as of today, that could change by morning.... The Ravens have placed defensive end Jihad Ward on the Reserve/COVID-19 list, making it 10 players Baltimore now has on the list. It's the eighth player Baltimore has added to the list since Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans, according to the timeline below: Monday: RB Mark Ingram II, RB J.K. Dobbins, DT Brandon Williams Tuesday: LB Pernell McPhee Wednesday: DE Calais Campbell, G/C Patrick Mekari, G/C Matt Skura Quote
vmax Posted November 26, 2020 Posted November 26, 2020 Why didn't they fire the trainer who was negligent? He wrecked this team, any chance of defeating the Steelers and caused all kinds of needless hell. Quote
