No worries. It must have been something on the desktop..no such issues on the laptop. Sorry!

Anyone else having trouble pasting links, images, whatever? Just by control v or by using the buttons. Is it just me?

Well that's one of the benefits of him playing this season. They can see what he looks like before they have to make a decision in the offseason.
-
New England was garbage points. They also lost to the 2-8 Vikes on the road.
-
Yea our center's brother.
-
They have it together at home. On the road they stink just as much as the Ravens. Like I said before we played them earlier this season...they are the same team as the Ravens with a little bit better offense. The Bengals will win the division this year. The Steelers might get the 6th seed.

Indigenous Persons better off if they didn't draft RG3

I think you only make that type of deal (the type that trades multiple firsts) for a sure thing like Luck -
But theoretically he can do that from the Castle, watching game tape. At least I'd assume he could. I'm just curious if this is standard practice around the league.
-
Why does Ozzie go to all the away games anyway. That's unusual for a GM right?
-
Agreed. They are a better team at home but I still don't see three straight wins. Maybe 2 wins but that still leaves them 6-7 with Cinci, NE, and Det to go.

Rex Ryan: Matt Simms could get more practice reps
OutsideRzAcE replied to ravinmaniac52's topic in Baltimore Ravens
Rex cannot be seriously considering bailing on a rookie QB after a pretty impressive (for them) 5-5 start -
Whatever the answer, it will be back to earth against the Jets and their #1 rush D

We build experience and confidence for next year. The team will not give up on 2013 because we still have a chance at a playoff spot but realistically this team will not be ready for a deep playoff run this year. Add to your positives on Ray Rice, and Gradkowski and the Oline that Jimmy Smith looked good against one of the best big receivers in the league. I am a little late to his bandwagon compared to some other posters on here but he is slowly starting to make a believer out of me.
-
If 1 of those games is the SB then yes. It's the Manning comparison. Would you rather have Peyton or Eli? The guy who wins in the regular season and chokes in the playoffs or the guy who doesn't put up great stats in the regular season but steps up in the playoffs and gets you titles? I'll take Eli
-
Performances like Rainey proves it's all about the line. Take that 10 Mil you're investing in Ray Rice and put it into the Oline. Then you can plug any number of backs behind Flacco.

They keep trying to hit the gas but the tank is empty. I'd like to think they played fairly well against the Bears before running into some bad luck with the delay and the soggy field conditions, but then you remember the Bears were missing half of their stars! This team is just bad, and even if they sneak into the playoffs with that 6th seed that no-one seems to want to claim, they aren't going anywhere this year.

Wonder if it has to do with all these close games (probably not)...it's taking a toll on my heart and I'm just 30. Hope he's doing ok

Dumervil shouldn't have even given the refs the opportunity to call that but that was an amateur call from the ref

What a bullshit call

The Bengals are scoring all kids of ways on the Browns (ST, D)..so forget about getting any help from Cleveland in that game

Anybody here think Ravens can't beat the Bears? Not me.
OutsideRzAcE replied to Tornado700's topic in Baltimore Ravens
It's an away game, so i'm not very confident. -
Bandwagon is right. The three most popular words around here when the Steelers start to suck: "It's Hockey Season".

Good topic 35% Oline - the #1 culprit. The pitiful play has infected the whole offense and offense is what is killing this team. Ray and Piece have no room to run, and Joe has no time to go through his progressions or get comfortable enough to make plays consistently. He never knows when he's going to get creamed on a delayed blitz up the middle due to the leaky pass defense. 20% Tight Ends - We are used to running the O out of a 2 tight end set but can't because these guys suck so bad. Ed Dickson is such a disappointment. You blow a great opportunity and lose the starting gig to Pitta, then fortune hands you a second chance and you still can't establish yourself against a past his prime Dallas Clark? Dallas Clark isn't Dennis Pitta, but at least he is proving to be somewhat of an asset (unlike you Dickson!). If they did WAR in football Dickson would be a -9 15% Coaching - Harbs, Caldwell, and Castillo have been unable to fix this mess of an offense. In game coaching has been spotty. Like some have mentioned, I think we beat GB if Harbs makes better decisions in that game. Failing to challenge in Denver was inexcusable, though we lose that anyway. I do like that they (in conjunction with the FO) have moved quickly to get rid of losers like Mickinnie and Huff. 10% Running Backs - Rice either celebrated too much in the offseason and hasn't prepared like in years past, or he is done. I hope it's the former. I don't think he is hurt because he sucked before the hip flexor injury. Pierce can't stay healthy enough to take over full time for Rice. 10% Joe - He has to step up his game and find ways to start faster. Seeing some regression on his accuracy on deep passes though I contribute a lot of that to not being comfortable in the pocket. His play in buffalo was bad, and he was very disappointing in a game we needed to have vs Cleveland. He is not to blame for most of the offense woes but he hasn't stepped up enough and needs to be a bigger part of the solution. 10% Defense - I don't blame this group much for the state of the Ravens but they can still improve. The Run D needs to improve Webb had a good game vs Cinci and I think against Pitt, but other than that he has been inconsistent. Daryl Smith, Suggs, Arthur Jones have been solid. The overall pass rush has been great. Overall they need to generate more turnovers and improve late in games with the game on the line.
