  1. *** I'm stupid for thinking this game is easy ***.
  2. I've never seen a QB underthrow so many receivers so many times in one game.
  3. Worst offensive line in the entire league y/n?
  4. Sorry for the crappy football you'll be stuck watching, JT.
  5. Huff wasn't as good in Oakland as we wanted to think he was. He's not the hard-hitting guy you want him to be, and he's not a good enough cover guy to make up for that loss. Just doesn't fit into our defense. Spears will be back when he's healthy, I bet.
  6. Yeah Crav that's the issue. It's all about the fact that the stadiums share parking and even some event staff. Besides, in the end, aren't you glad that game was in Denver and not at home for us to blow money attending?
  7. Oh man. That might be the best one I've seen this year.
  8. I'm losing about $55 per biweekly paycheck for a plan from a provider based in Minnesota that is rarely accepted anywhere out here. $20/$40/$35 copays. If I wasn't 24 and unconcerned with my health, it wouldn't be enough on its own, even at that age. It is disgusting how much insurance it takes to cover oneself enough to simply survive.
  9. Make sure that's the only thing she's getting, and that the image isn't an attachment somewhere else in the message (e.g. scroll left and right, up and down, and see if there's an attachment button).
  10. Terrible idea. There is a reason he's finally an analyst and out of the league.
  11. Guys, think about it from the other side. If anything, the stats suggest that we miss the hell out of him, considering that we're getting only similar production from the current group of receivers without the benefit of any TE or running game help whatsoever.
  12. From a fan's perspective, hell yeah six games is enough. But from the standpoint of learning and evaluation, it takes a lot longer than that to be the best you can be. Think about it. Can you learn everything you need to be successful (all the plays, techniques, opponents' tendencies, teammates' tendencies, etc.) in six weeks? Or even ten including preseason? I think it takes time, probably an entire season. You don't know what kind of team you have until the end of the year, so I'm not worried yet.
  13. Even highly-paid sharecroppers have families. This is one of those situations where it's fine not to care, but you keep it to yourself.
  14. Whiners will be whiners. Elam didn't do anything wrong. It really sucks for Cobb, but these things happen.
  15. I don't think anyone is going anywhere and I'm not entirely sure that change needs to happen at all. The issues we have are due to youth and inexperience (as it pertains to being on our team, anyway). That stuff doesn't come magically. We all said that it's going to take time for this team to start working as well together as they have the talent to do...don't we owe them that time?
  16. We all agreed that the beginning of the season was going to be a mess even before all of the injuries and things that have happened, yet you guys are still ready to blow the whole thing up! It's all going to be fine.
  17. You are a very lonely person. Have a good night.
  18. How many times is it going to take to explain to you how a message board works? And are you going to complain when this thread is eventually moved to its correct forum (e.g. the trash)? Please use the personal messaging system if you'd like to talk to someone in particular.
  19. I'm glad I wasn't the only one thinking that. It actually looked like he was practicing his backpedaling like a DB for much of the game. I'm surprised he's not already gone.
  20. Well in reality, they don't need to know. Things are kept where they belong, which serves as something about as common sense as can be. I think anyone capable enough to use the internet is capable enough to understand that. Right? And what threads are you referring to that need to be trashed? I assure you that anything pinned needs to be pinned, and anything visible that is older is so because the specific forum has less new content. In general, there's no real reason to be trashing anything.
  21. He has the best combination of speed and hands, and runs better routes (see: Doss) than anyone outside of Torrey. Whether he plays primarily as the #2 or the #3 depends on how much they want to use him on ST, given Thompson's and Doss' flexibility there. I think, from a depth chart perspective, it's pretty plainly Smith, Jones, Brown, Thompson, Doss. But as Max said, that's all going to change in-game based on the looks they want to show.
  22. I've thought since the day Boldin was traded that the reason why was just as much about investing money at the position in Torrey as much as it was about cap savings. I think he's the type who will be worth every dollar to keep.
  23. If you notice that something has moved, simply go to the place where it most logically belongs. If something was posted in the Ravens forum, for instance, and it has nothing to do with the Ravens, it's going to be moved into the forum in which it pertains to. I assure you that 100% of threads that are moved are done because of that reason. As far as threads that are still up, I don't know what you mean, unless you're talking about a pinned topic residing at the top of a forum page.
  24. By my calculations, ol' Torrey leads all WRs (and the league, minus Jimmy Graham) in receiving yards. He's practically this year's Megatron. Not bad for a guy from little Maryland.
  25. He had a great preseason for them, but he's definitely the developmental type. Not someone who is going to make an impact this year. He also apparently has a bad hamstring issue right now.
