There's no way he's coming back. He will cost way too much money, and he's only creating a more expensive market for himself with games like today.

That's how the Air Coryell offense runs. Unfortunately for us, we don't have Dan Fouts at QB (original Coryell) or the Posse at WR (Gibbs' offenses). It's a legitimate style, but our personnel is not equipped to handle it. Rice was drafted in large part to play as the F-back (Norv's style of Coryell), but Flacco never developed into a smart and accurate enough QB to take on even the less dynamic of the offensive style.
