On this who's the leader thing.... The media keeps trying to drop that cloak on Joe. Joe is a huge leader and camp reports say this is a much more comfortable, demanding and aggressive Joe this year. And more confident. The whole team is confident, relaxed damn glad that he's their QB. He's got swagger. The truth is: Joe is The Face of this Franchise. That doesn't necessarily mean he's "The Leader". As you can see Suggs is a huge leader. There's a guy that you definitely want in your corner. The team will listen to and rally around him. Ray Rice is a leader. Torry Smith is an emerging leader. All 4 are "Faces of the Franchise". Quietly...behind the scenes, Dummervil is leading by example.

Baltimore does have 5 NFL Championships. That's all the Super Bowl is....an NFL Championship game.

That means I'm a spoiled Ravens fan....and in Fan Heaven to be following such a successful team and organization. Fan Heaven. I love this roster. I think it is in the top 3 rosters in the AFC with the potential to be the best "IF" they stay healthy and develop as the season wears on. There is not a team on the schedule that the Ravens have "no shot" of defeating. Certainly they will lose some games. Keep this in mind that the 16 game road to these goals is: 1. Win the divisional games. Most important. 2. Win the AFC Conference games. 2nd most important. 3. Defeat the playoff caliber teams. If they do the above, then this years very tuff and competitive schedule will make these 2013 Ravens serious SB contenders.
