This should be a great one. Ravens are undefeated in prime time this year...let's go for the sweep. Win this game and it's looking "do-able" as far as making the playoffs. I respect Rodgers and the Pack (they have the potential to blow the Ravens out) but the Ravens are #5 in points surrendered and the Pack is #12 so their D is good but not lights out. They have had a *** I'm stupid for thinking this game is easy *** schedule...

Who'd have thought the Ravens would win giving up 2 turnovers, 5 sacks, 9 penalties for 80 yards and losing the TOP battle? Not me. But then again...Ravens/Steelers games are always ugly. This one hurt the Steelers....

And the answer is?????? NO!

I like the 20-17 stat... The Ravens wore them out by the 4th quarter and OT.

My guess is the Steelers are banking on their defense to shut down the Ravens O and keep it close. Hate to say it but the Ravens O has been dysfunctional for 4 weeks so this might be an easy task for them. The Ravens need to keep Dixon in the pocket and have a shadow on him because he can and will run. Do that and stop Mendenhal and we have have a close game that could come down to Special Teams, kickers and turnovers. Ravens have the ST edge. Bottom line: Flacco and the Ravens O have to be better than the Steeler O today. They have to win the 1 on 1 matchups and make a few big plays.

This is looking ahead but here's an interesting article on wether the Ravens would be better off with a Capped or Uncapped 2010. Hat's off to Brian McFarland for doing all this research.

This sounds like their best shot...from Matt Williamson... If ever there was a game this season where the Ravens could get a win by scoring on a fast start this is it. Brady, Rthsxllssbrrgrrr, and Maninning can ncome back from being down by 2 scores but that's a lot to ask rookie Dixon. Force Dixon to beat them with his arm. Take them out of their game plan by getting and maintaining a lead. Easier said than done from an offense that is struggling early in games and struggling in the redzone.

Now the Steelers have a list of excuses for when they lose Sunday night.

1 TV for each kid....then not too far away 1 huge flat screen for the living room. Now...with the old TV's I will set up at least 3 in a room for days like New Years when there are many games to follow. I don't joke about watching football until my eyes bleed....

The Ravens are passing out white towels to fans before the game and personally I like having the towels, but I'm not into copying Pittsburg and waving them during the game. I do not want to be like a Steeler fan. Let them have their own thing...they cannot approach our sea of purple and the noise level we make at M&T. That's our thing.

I too, decended into Hell. Was in the Catonsville Walmart at 1:30 am to get 3 LCD HD TV's that went on sale at 5 am. Everybody was cool until 5 am hit...it wasn't too bad. With the keen mind that I have...... I went inovative by taking 2 cushy dog beds and put them on the floor... I took a VMAX NAP.... Following my leed, others soon did the same. All I needed was a bedtime story book to read to them. Then people were trying to butt in line, yelling, angry....it was insane. Fight broke out in electronics....but I saved around $400. Getting there early made the difference as not too much later there were about 300 people behind me..just in the TV line....and half would not be getting the TV's because the rest of us did. Never do it again. At Safeway, the cashier told me a customer told her that if he ever saw her on the street that he would kill her for being too slow. Happy Holidays America!
