But other QB that are payed like he is can take poor WR's and make them serviceable. That would be TD had nothing to do with his receivers ability.

Not saying you're wrong. He's not a guy that can make poor WR's better. He's a guy if you give him good weapons he can be a Super Bowl winning QB. Give him bad weapons and he's the QB of a 1-5 team. Simple as that.

Then it goes back to what I said when his deal was made that he was overpaid.

Colts pay Luck, and they have less money to spend on the rest of the team and are bad. Same with Seattle and Russell Wilson, 49ers and Kap, Bears and Cutler, the Giants and Eli, Falcons and Ryan, Chargers and Rivers

The market rate is over-inflated for QBs. You can say the QBs are overpayed, but until teams start refusing to pay for an extraordinary amount of the cap for above-average, the market rate will continue to be what it is.

The only QBs that are proving to truly elevate the play of others and prove their worth are Ben, Rodgers and Brady. Even Dalton is proving his worth, but he's still early in his extension with a relatively low cap number.

Fixed it.

I'm not getting into this... but when's the last time one of those highly paid QBs had four coordinators in four years? Hell, MNF did a nice job running through just how much this team has changed so quickly since the SB... very few of the "top guys" can really adjust to that successfully.
