Cooks would cost atleast the 16th pick pick, considering what the Titans are reportedly offering. Papa, there are ways to bring in one of them, the team is likely to drop a lot of their free agents & or over priced useless vets.

They still will not be in a good place.
oldno82 Posted March 5, 2017 Posted March 5, 2017 They should have enough to sign one or two free agents. If Marshall is what they want or Garcon I think they can get them. Marshall however has a lot of domestic abuse history which may rule him out from Bisciotti's viewpoint.
