You can't sign new guys and sign your guys. Hell they can't even sign all their own. Really this is probably going to be a throwaway season.

Papa, there are ways to bring in one of them, the team is likely to drop a lot of their free agents & or over priced useless vets.

Sure but look at the cap space numbers across the league. They still will not be in a good place.

They should have enough to sign one or two free agents. If Marshall is what they want or Garcon I think they can get them. Marshall however has a lot of domestic abuse history which may rule him out from Bisciotti's viewpoint.

BTW I think NO is trying to create a bidding war for Cooks. It would be a bad move to get into it.

Yeah Torrey is not the reason why the Ravens played well. Also Torrey played like crap in that best offense. That is why they let him leave.

Torrey's worst TD production was our Superbowl year, but he put up 1100 yards recieving..Torrey along with Wallace could be a nice combo.
