vmax Posted December 31, 2019 Posted December 31, 2019 Texans, Bills or Titans. All very solid teams. Bills have lost 3 out of their last 4. That's not hitting the playoffs on a roll. Texans have lost 2 out of their last 4. Titans have lost 2 out of their last 4. They seem the most dangerous of the 3. Who do you want to see? Quote
varaven45 Posted December 31, 2019 Posted December 31, 2019 The Bills. Felt like we left points up in Buffalo and let them almost win. Feel like Lamar and the team would like that one back. Feel more confident against them at home this time. Quote
Spen Posted December 31, 2019 Posted December 31, 2019 Anyone is fine with me. Numerous times in various sports I've been happy about a match-up only to see it go horribly wrong. Any of the three work for me Quote
tsylvester Posted December 31, 2019 Posted December 31, 2019 Anyone not Tennessee; very dangerous team. Solid defense, great running game, and Tanny can sling it. We know Houston, Buffalo, both good teams, well rounded, & while it would be a 2nd time seeing either of them this year, I escared of Ten, let the Pats knock them out Quote
cravnravn Posted December 31, 2019 Posted December 31, 2019 I want Houston. We destroyed them, we will destroy them again. Quote
oldno82 Posted January 1, 2020 Posted January 1, 2020 We can beat any of those three teams. It's KC that worries me in the AFC Championship game. Quote
vmax Posted January 1, 2020 Author Posted January 1, 2020 What do you think Pete?.... "Thank you for asking... Quote The Ravens could draw the Tennessee Titans, Houston Texans or Buffalo Bills, any of which would be a formidable opponent, but who are we kidding? The Ravens just trounced the Pittsburgh Steelers with the nucleus of John Harbaugh’s revolutionary offense relaxing on the sidelines. The Texans probably are still having nightmares about their trip to Baltimore in Week 11. The Bills made a game of it in Buffalo three weeks, but they couldn’t handle the lowly Jets on Sunday without Josh Allen. The Titans probably won’t get past the Patriots, but if they do, they’re the one team in the first round that has not seen the fully formed Jackson attack. They saw last year’s warm-up act, and lost 21-0 at home in a game that featured 11 sacks by the Ravens defense........https://www.baltimoresun.com/sports/analysis/schmuck/bs-sp-five-things-that-would-make-the-new-year-bright-20200101-4we7ofq55fa5fdw6xldme52ury-story.html Quote
tsylvester Posted January 1, 2020 Posted January 1, 2020 Ten is not the same team as last year. Houston is now "healthy" with Watt possibly back and Fuller, so they too would be a different team. What worries me a bit is the sloppy play at the end of the regular season, fumbles, troubles on the exchange, poor special teams coverage, missed reads. Hopefully the rest will help, Lamar seeing the game from the sidelines, maybe the team will pay closer attention to how fortunate they were to win some of those games. Plenty of playoff experience on this team, some good leaders as well. They have a mission as all teams do this time of year and they know all of the teams they might face... Quote
