BengalBilly Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 Well the Reds go to 'Frisco, lose their starting pitcher in the 1st inning, and still walk away with a 5-2 win. We are dominate dudes. You DO NOT want to see us in the World Series. Quote
cravnravn Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 You thought you all were dominate with the Big Red Machine too, we wrote this book brother, the Reds do not want to see the O's Quote
vmax Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 I'm worried about them playing tonight...steady dose of rain is due game time...plus cold. Quote
varaven45 Posted October 7, 2012 Author Posted October 7, 2012 Max, Yep. Rain could bump the series opener to Monday night. We'll see. Quote

I like the Nats in that series and that will be one tough matchup for any team right now. Quote

You DO NOT want to see us in the World Series. A Reds-Nats series would be an excellent series! It's a tough matchup for both teams. Both teams are very well managed, play good defense, have excellent pitching, and can hit. I think that's the best potential matchup in all of the playoffs this year. Quote

I feel it's going to be a Cincinnati/Washington NLCS. Quote
dc. Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 Not sure how you can feel good about losing your #1 starter then having to use your #2... it's a 5 game series, remember? And then a 7 game series... You guys are very, very good. But there's nothing given. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 Wonder if rain on the 1st home game in 14 yrs is an omen. Quote

BengalBilly Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 With the rain delay the O's may not even see the field tonight. I'm out west, and no weather issues here. The Reds/Giants game will start as scheduled. Quote
thundercleetz Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 Pitcher's duel so far. Hammel started a little rusty but he has his A-game now. We have to get some base runners against CC. The crowd looks electric! It's all orange. It is also to hear the crowd sing the Seven Nation Army song. I loved the boo of Texiera! Quote
thundercleetz Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 Andino with a great sacrifice and McLouth has a two-RBI single! Great baseball! Quote
BengalBilly Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 This is bulls**t. TBS is showing a rain delayed AL game over real baseball!?! The Reds/Giants game should be on over this garbage. Quote
BengalBilly Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 Well at least they shifted the real baseball game over to TNT. All is not lost. Quote
thundercleetz Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 Your Reds are looking really good... Quote
BengalBilly Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 Your Reds are looking really good...Thanks thunder. You don't win 97 regular season games goofing off. Quote
BengalBilly Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 Jesus. I wish your Orioles would put away the Yankees already. If this keeps up the game will go deep into extra innings and crav is going to wake up on Monday morning and catch the end of it! Quote
thundercleetz Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 Matusz with an outstanding inning! This game is incredible! Worth the hype! Quote
BengalBilly Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 Matusz with an outstanding inning! This game is incredible! Worth the hype!Well beat those f**ks! I keep switching back and forth between games and the scores remain the same. Quote
BengalBilly Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 Well the score changed big time in the 9th. Your bullpen is slipping. Quote
BengalBilly Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 OTOH my Reds are bitch slapping the Giants on the road. Good things are coming! Quote
Spen Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 Well a terrible 9th for Johnson and the Yanks blow it open. We need to score more runs than 2 and need to make their starter work gharder. Need to win the next. Quote
