Good stuff ! I wonder though if he reciprocates while in the 'Burgh ?
-
You wonder how Ray Rice departure has affected his performance this yr.
-
Ravenmad, I like your idea. We need a beast TE- a game changer.
-
Crav, Spot on. I ve watched the Jags and you CANT sleep on them nor do you have the luxury of resting players. You get into beast mode.
-
Yep, all this while the Biscuit threw him under the bus during the Ray Rice crap. Pretty amazing !
-
No except for 2000 which was probably an outlier and our D was very reliable and predictable: Score 1 TD or 2 FGs; game over Other than that year, cant remember another one.

Thoughts on the Rumored Antoine Cason signing

31st in pass D ? Dang we are moving up baby Thanks Joe Philbin and Ryan Tanneyhill -
Yep. Its funny how the Ravens fortunes change like the wind (or in the case of Crav, week to week). One play we are dead; the next we are alive and kicking. Its enough to make your stomach churn on Sundays - In fact, I am getting a case of Zantach for the rest of the season.

Upon hearing this and seeing him on the field makes me want to do the 'curley shuffle' Yung, yung , yung, -
Max, if the Ravens good fortunes miraculously result in a playoff berth, we will all look back on the 97 yard drive as "the game/season changer".
-
Crav, sounds like you got your swagger back, this week
-
Absolutely we draft one or acquire via FA. We need a Julius Thomas or Jummy Graham type, a game changer (which Pitta is not even at 100 %). Imagine that on Joe's receiving corps

If Clevelands done then how does Cincy lose its next three ?
-
Crav, I'm with you except ya think Cincy loses its next three, including Sunday's tilt in Cleveland against the "midget" aka Johnny football ?
-
Every game, even Jax, will be a grind. Houston and Cleveland games will both be grindus maximus games. I like Forsett's comments and reference to every game being a playoff game. Its shows a sense of urgency and accountability from here on out. Lets see where this al goes cuz I don't have a clue what team will show up next Sunday.
-
Tucker playing D ? Sounds like a Bellichek move ?
-
You called it Max. I totally blew my prediction today and figured we'd meltdown after last Sunday's loss to SD. Can't figure this team out but they are Dang interesting to watch
-
It's interesting how Bama boasts great teams, year after year, and National Championships. Yet, for whatever reason, a disproportionate number of accomplished players in the NFL. (Yes, a few exceptions - Eddie Lacey, CJ Mosely) They've almost become the college football version of Duke basketball- many championships but a relatively small number of NBA players.
-
Amen, Crav, esp on para 2.
-
Yep. It stinks; I'm already looking forward to 2015, a good draft and an uneventful offseason. These .500 seasons, while not unexpected, are a drag and seemingly becoming the new norm. You would think the Biscuit and the Fact O have by now had enough of this mediocrity and looking up to the Bengals in the standings the past couple years. It's downright embarrassing and frustrating.
-
Crav, he"lł open the wallet after all the good players are taken, then give Duquette free reins to sign whoever he wants. Buck's going to have mangage his arse off this year.
-
I frankly think the SD game was do or die. I don't like the tea leaves I'm reading, nor do I see the planets aligning. I have 0 confidence on Sunday and see a 10-12 point loss. Too much off and on the field bad karma to overcome.
-
Not being argumentative but this team has bigger concerns than Dean Pees - like keeping players on the field (from getting suspended), guys making plays, Ozzie and Co making solid draft picks, etc. Just saying .
-
I'm with Maxie. No Ngata = No good. Fins by 10, say 27-17 or 23-13.
-
If the report is totally accurate, the Ngata story is the perfect capper to a disappointing season - on and (mostly) off the field - and underscores the team's lack of veteran leadership. I am sure all NFL teams have a plethora of similar issues but this team has been snake bitten this year. The team is in need of some serious soul searching and rebuilding of character & leadership. Its starts at the top and some changes are needed.....soon.
