  1. I think Ozzie might be the only one who ends up going somewhere, but I think it relates more to the fact that he's getting older and may or may not be tired of this sh*t as this point. Cass is a very good friend of Bisciotti and I don't see Steve doing that to him. That doesn't leave many other options. Byrne is one who comes to mind as well; he certainly hasn't done a very good job with this.
  2. Agreed. Most importantly, it shouldn't take three days and the excuse of a game (that the owner and front office aren't suiting up for) to reply with what those "inaccuracies" are. The only way that it makes sense would be if Bisciotti, Cass, or someone is preparing a press conference for it to ACTUALLY respond and/or admit guilt.
  3. Fair enough. It's hard to take in the idea that people we've been fans of for so many years--people we thought were "good" and/or better than their peers around the league--could just be scumbags like all the others. Bisciotti and Cass are at the top of that list. To me, every one of us has lost in this situation. The only person I can reason to not have lost respect for so far is Harbaugh.
  4. I see a frustrating game. Browns are better than we've grown accustomed to. They might be better than the Steelers. Browns 20, Ravens 17.
  5. Max, I'm curious as to your opinion specifically of Bisciotti, Goodell, Cass, and co. right now as it relates to what we've determined about their role in the cover up. We can definitely agree to disagree about the shady parts and grey areas of the OTL story, and I have no fault with that, but it has become irrefutably clear that lying and covering up happened, and I'm curious as to your opinion of the above now that we know those facts.
  6. Here's what you're talking about. http://deadspin.com/bill-polian-disagrees-with-bill-polians-insider-opinion-1633593081 Look at Polian's reaction, specifically. Someone pulled the plug on that interview.
  7. There are so many people that have done so many things wrong in this situation, that I'm beginning to view Rice as a victim. And, considering what he did, that is about as poor a statement as can be made about the Ravens or NFL.
  8. I grew up down the street from one that closes its lobby at night and only serves through a glass window opening at the front of the store. I've never seen another one with this.
  9. Can clinch the AL East today. Also still an outside shot at 100 wins...need to go 10-2 (of course) to get there.
  10. And now there's a second case of abuse by Peterson. This is very bad for him.
  11. That's the name of Baltimore Arena as of 11/1, according to rumors. Looks like another company has decided to put their name on a building that needs to be torn down already. No links yet that I can find!
  12. He didn't spend a lot of time with the media explaining anything. He gave one interview, and it was five minutes long and provided zero answers. That being said, it was a pretty solid win.
  13. The headline suggests nothing out of the ordinary, but the description really lends to the idea that he beat the hell out of his child. You don't get cuts on your thighs, hands, and undercarriage, ESPECIALLY as a four year old, unless the person doing the damage meant harm.
  14. I'd rather not. Good to know that our .190 hitter is the one caught with PEDs.
  15. Heard that he was pulled out due to a concussion. Unless Webb ever makes it back onto the field, they could be in a lot of trouble.
  16. One would have been a first down anyway and the other was a second down and goal inside the 5.
  17. Seeing Tomlin stand there with bloodshot eyes is one of my favorite things in the world.
  18. I'd be mad about the flags too if I were you, except that they really didn't change the outcome.
  19. Yeah...I'd take Lebeau over Pees eight days a week.
  20. Just us I think and that's only because I had a class tonight.
  21. That's where Kubiak becomes valuable. Runs a play that he runs over and over again a thousand times (zone run right) and on the 2, it was a surprise that he ran the formation and passed. Love it
  22. I think, especially being drunk, the awareness of making a scene and all that comes with it sort of helps to let your inhibitions go and emotions flow when you reach a private space (elevator). That doesn't make it premeditated, I don't think.
