He was waived to make room for Cox. I am only surprised that he was cut over McClellan, but not particularly fussed about it. Cox is more valuable right now.

I think the risk of losing a CB on Sunday and needing one to step up (remember, we only have four on the roster!) is the primary issue. Bynes isn't nearly as valuable as someone like Cox right now.

He's not really using a lot of logic at all. I think there are way too many problems to declare this a magical year and then predict an 11-5 season. Sitting here right now, it has to be hard for anyone to say that this is a Super Bowl-type team.

The Packers were #9 in offense/#5 in defense a few years ago for their Super Bowl season.

I bought Madden 25 and returned it within three days because of how similar it still was to Madden 11, the last EA game I'd bought. It's not just Madden. Play two FIFA games a few years apart. When they still had the rights to the NASCAR series, it never changed one iota year to year; they'd just update the sponsors and repackage it. Miserably awful company.

I think Gilbert will pressure Smith to change some of his ideas, but Gilbert isn't winning anything.
