  1. Better players in more spots than us. Sanchez is not much worse than Flacco; their running game in total is better than ours; their secondary is better; their receivers are better. They've also got better special teams. The linebackers are probably about even. We probably have better offensive and defensive lines. That's it.
  2. Just with better players.
  3. If nothing else, him saying something now will encourage them to go into the offseason knowing that they absolutely HAVE to get some receivers...none are on the roster.
  4. They keep going. Playoff games can't end in a tie. Obviously.
  5. No fan support. No large enough arena. Pretty sure they'd go after an NBA team long before NHL. Which is an incredible shame.
  6. I don't know how anyone couldn't root for the Saints. I hope the AFC championship game ends in a tie.
  7. Goodnight.
  8. HOW IN THE HELL DO YOU NOT FLAG THAT?
  9. Because this isn't last week. They've got five guys on Rice every play. The problem is that the other six are on Mason.
  10. There are more receiving weapons on the Cardinals' bench than on our starting lineup.
  11. With all this talk and confusion about Flacco, it's ironic that today is his birthday. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joe_Flacco
  12. Tom Brady, after living a full life, died. When he got to heaven, God was showing him around. They came to a modest little house with a faded Patriot's flag in the window. "this house is yours for eternity, Tom," said God. "This is very special; not everyone gets a house up here." Tom felt special..., indeed, and walked up to his house. On his way up to the porch he noticed another house just around the corner. It was a 3-story mansion with a Purple & Black sidewalk, a 50 foot tall flagpole with an enormous Ravens logo flag, and in every window, a Ravens towel. Tom looked at God and said, "God, I'm not trying to be ungrateful, but I have a question. I was an all-pro QB, I hold many NFL records, and I even won a few Super bowls..." God said, "So what's your point Tom?" "Well, why does Ray Lewis get a better house than me?" God chuckled, and said, "Tom, that's not Ray's house, it's mine." GO RAVENS!
  13. All I have to say.
  14. Decent, sure, but I think a healthy Yanda has proven that he's better at both.
  15. No one else weirded out that it's Billick introducing this video?
  16. Absolutely. You just do not put Cousins on the field.
  17. Who cares? They're both incredible stories.
  18. Aaron Wilson wrote for PFT when that site was considered garbage. Since they got rid of him, they've become probably t he most popular and insightful football site online. Lesson: ...no comment.
  19. YES! That was great. And now we know who Harbaugh was taking the Gatorade to! Haha.
  20. McGahee and Rice have identical rushing stats over the past two weeks: 36 carries, 229 yards. McGahee has 4 TDs to Rice's two. http://espn.go.com/blog/nflnation/category/_/name/09-x-factor
  21. According to Joe Schad on the Brian Kenny Show on ESPN Radio, just now. Weird.
  22. Sorry, guys. It needed to be done.
  23. I'm agreeing with you. And in all honesty, I think I started this before Papasmurf, so I'll take any blame. Haha.
  24. I would say to look for somewhere around the Beltway (close enough without actually having to be in the city), and away from the west, east, and southeast sides (Catonsville, Randallstown, Essex, Dundalk, etc.). I think that the Timonium/Hunt Valley area would be best if access to M&T is that important to you (light rail). Owings Mills/Pikesville is probably the nicest area you can get to. Parkville/Carney probably has the most value for what you might pay. Glen Burnie is right in the middle. Craigslist is actually a very good tool.
