vmax
That's a lot to ask.A lot. At 4-6 they are poised to win that division....one more win and they might run away with the title.. Drew Brees is bound to explode sometime. Will his pride and pent up frustration be unleashed on the Ravens secondary? They have to win for many reasons. Even though they are having a crappy season, the rest of the weakest division in the NFL is too. There will be no wild cards from the NFC South. But....the Ravens are in the thick of the hunt too. Win this game and the rest of the schedule is looking very favorable. The Ravens have to keep pace with the other teams in their division. A loss here and thye start to fade and lose a step within the division. It's a very big game.Which Ravens team shows up will determine this game. If the inconsistent, sleep walking squad takes the field, then this game is over in the 1st quarter. The "Hairs of Fire" group may show up....Win! Joe has to have a very good solid game for 4 quarters...not 2 or 3....4. Good Joe better play like the last time he was in New Orleans.Let's do a treatment to Bad Joe...Jacoby too...and he just might be a big difference.Ngata has to show up big.Suggs and Dummerville must have a great game. The Ravens have to pressure and harass Brees for 60 minutes.Steve Smith must show up and have a big game. Joe needs him.The secondary.....I can't say it....I got this image of the last 15 minutes of the Alamo....Custers Last Stand.....but...I'm pulling for these guys! Pick off Brees Will Hill. I know you can level the odds and do it!

oldno82
I think the Saints have the edge. If they lost 3 straight at home and having the lousy record they have, the N.O. Fans would jump off a cliff.
Tornado700
We can beat them, if we play the game Cincy did. Saints aint that good, however I do understand what you're saying here about Brees, et al. Ravens 27 to 20.
cravnravn
We MUST run the ball with success, if Brees is going to exploit our secondary then we need to counter that by exploiting their front 7. We have the horses to do that, now its up to Kubes to implement a run happy offense.
varaven45
Agree with Crav; got to pound the rock. In addition, and as bad as the Saints have been, we will have to game plan and execute flawlessly to win. If we sleep walk into game (a la Titan game), we are toast ! Tornado700
I believe that both teams will show up ready to play, making it a close game. Ravens have better talent, therefore, should win in the end.
tsylvester
two things to consder. the carpet plus The Smiths..... they will be quicker and faster on it and I am sure the week off did the old man some good....
TBird
Saints will bring their A game vs Ravens at home and a fast track. Brees will get 6 TDs. It's another night mare.
vmax
I don't think the Saints can stop the Ravens from scoring.I think the Ravens defense will do a little bit better job of stopping the Saints offense from scoring than the Saints D will in stopping the Ravens O. Ravens win.
52isUnstoppable
I just dont see it. The team is not built for the road. As soon as we get down 3 points we will abandoned the run and joe will pass 50+ times. As simple as it seems to say we should run the ball against them all game long its just not what we do. At home, we win this game but they have shown me nothing on the road make me drink the kool aid. Combine that with the fact I just dont think its possible for brees and co to lose three straight home games, regardless of opponent. 52isUnstoppable
We did it in Tampa no reason we won't do it in NawlinsWe ran it in TB because we had a 9000 point lead in the 2nd quarter from passing. Had that game played out like every other nail biter on the road we would have let forsett collect dust on the sideline. And even though nawlins isnt as good as usual they are far better than the bucs

I am inclined to agree with the above and would add: Brees and Jimmy Graham go off .....finally and secondary is exposed again on National TVJoe remains in his mild slump 1 more week.Run game mysteriously disappears and Harbaugh laments in the aftermath but vows that "we have to get better" Saints win by 10, we fall to 6-5, and desperation sets in Tuesday AM. vmax
From my good friend Stan the Fan... Baltimore Ravens (6-4) at New Orleans Saints (4-6) -3.5I am amazed at all the folks that are saying, "I just can't imagine the Saints losing three in a row at home." Really? As if the Saints that won the Super Bowl five years ago are the same team that will take the field Nov. 24. As if Saints fans weren't the original bag over their head in the NFL. The Saints can lose three in a row at home because they are not all that good anymore. Plus, coming off a bye, Ravens coach John Harbaugh is 5-1.Prediction: Baltimore 25, New Orleans 19 http://www.pressboxonline.com/2014/11/21/stan-the-fan-charles-week-12-nfl-picks Ravens can win this. Saints can lose 3 in a row at home.... As one defensive coordinator told me this year, "If you tell your guys to push up the field inside against him and get hands up, it creates a bunch of problems for him. He can't see. That's why he's always looking up." •The interior of the offensive line, long a strength of this team and a necessary one with Brees being 6-feet tall, isn't close to what it has been in the past. The three inside players, center Jonathan Goodwin, left guard Ben Grubbs and right guard Jahri Evans, have all struggled at times the past two weeks -- especially in pass protection.•The tight ends are not good blockers on the edge. For a team that wants to run it more -- another iffy decision -- that's a problem.•They don't scare down the field. The lower passing-game stats show just that. The tape shows it even more.•Brees is struggling some with accuracy down the field and he also seems to be taking the check-down throw more than usual. I know he has been really good at making decisions to check it down in his career, often leading to big plays for backs or receivers escaping coverage, but the past two weeks it seemed he passed on some shots to make the easier throws. To me, it looks like a case where he has less and less confidence in the guys in front of him.http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/writer/pete-prisco/24824031/after-further-review-why-the-saints-high-octane-offense-is-suddenly-stalled "Eye think we're in for a great game." tsylvester
We've taken down Carolina, Atlanta and Tampa why would anyone fear the saints? Because Brees is a far better quarterback than the aforementioned teams have and eventually he will get back to his normal self. When you have a pourus defense as the Ravens have, it bodes well for him to "awaken"....
vmax
2 Sundays in a row without Ravens football.I'm gonna write Bud Selig.
