Spen
Oh well. The streak stops at 5 in a row.
cravnravn
Sox lost, Jays lost today. Our table is set to add some space.
varaven45
Yep; table was set but the boys didn't show up. Too bad we didn't take advantage and get more separation from Sox and Jays.
Spen
Today is the most important game in the last 72 years of Orioles baseball.

cravnravn
Bundy came up big in a playoff atmosphere game.
varaven45
Yep, assuming Tillman remains solid, we are going to need many of these big time performances from Bundy, Gausman and other SPs down the stretch.
Spen
Bundy came up big in a playoff atmosphere game.He was awesome!
Spen
Another real solid effort tonight. Won the series, hopefully get the sweep!
Spen
That was a big win today. The month after the all star break is tough. If we are still relevant then we are in good shape.10 games left in this stretch, all on the road. If we can get by this OK - we may be in good shape. Happy with 5-5 this trip, love to see better. GrubberRaven
We can't hit against a sub 500 team...solid pitching, no hits...
Spen
We can't hit against a sub 500 team...solid pitching, no hits...That's the weird part, the pitching. I'd almost feel better if the pitching had sucked the last few games. Still, in good shape......
Spen
Great comeback today. 5-5 on a west coast road trip; I'll take it.
varaven45
Wow. Helluva comeback Ill tell you. Down 7-1 and given up for dead. Thats a damn big comeback and series win against a legit NL playoff team.Maybe a return this week to OPACY will reinvigorate the troops and triger some Os magic. Go Os ! varaven45
Houston 15-8 ? No Os magic or pitching tonight.
GrubberRaven
Orioles are done. This is what happens when you load your pitching staff with nothing but 3 and lesses...
varaven45
Agreed. FO failed to address SP in the offseason and there's nothing in the pipeline. We are reaping what we sowed. Outside the SP, there's some talent - Machado, Schoop, Britton - and something to build around. We just don't have any reliable, consistent SP and don't see any on the horizon. thundercleetz
Let's hope so. Boston has been red hot. Their young talent on offense is absolutely insane and their entire lineup is as scary as ours. And Boston just brought up another kid this week who made a great defensive play in the outfield and had been tearing up the minors. Boston is going to be a scary team the next five years. New York is reloading and will be stacked in 2018 when their young talent comes up and their payroll is cleared for free agents. Our window to win is this year and next year. Toronto has to win this year they have a lot of their guys hitting free agency.
GrubberRaven
I just don't see us winning this year or next. Bridesmaid/Bride scenario...except we're more like the ring bearer or caterer...
