tsylvester Posted June 12, 2017 Author Posted June 12, 2017 Now we know why he chose Baltimore, Jimmy's offered him free crab cakes for life if he signed here, hey it is far better than a kids meal at burger king http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/19617359/jeremy-maclin-sign-baltimore-ravens-buffalo-bills Quote
tsylvester Posted June 12, 2017 Author Posted June 12, 2017 He claims Buffalo was not involved, rather Phili and Baltimore... Quote
Tornado700 Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 The Ravens have gone from having one of the worst NFL receiving corps to now one of the best. This signing is BIG ladies and gentleman. So big that I now project a 10-6, maybe even 11-5 this season. BIG!After this sickening season so far by the O's, bring on football! Go Ravens !!! Quote
ravinmaniac52 Posted June 13, 2017 Posted June 13, 2017 good deal understand they are still after decker? Quote
tsylvester Posted June 13, 2017 Author Posted June 13, 2017 Well, he is officially a free agent now. Not sure how the money will work out though. Quote
oldno82 Posted June 13, 2017 Posted June 13, 2017 Great outcome to a move we needed so badly to make. Glad he chose Bmore. Quote
tsylvester Posted June 13, 2017 Author Posted June 13, 2017 It is reportedly worth $ 11 mil according to nfl net work. Quote

Maclin who I have liked but last yr he sucked. He maybe be done and is he is then they dropped 2 yrs on him instead of getting in and letting him walk if he sucks after the season. Perriman has 33 catches and has injury issues and the dropsies. Wallace is the only guy that they have as reliable. Joe has proven that he is not so please. Quote
ravinmaniac52 Posted June 19, 2017 Posted June 19, 2017 Eric Decker, Titans agree to terms on one-year deal Quote
tsylvester Posted June 19, 2017 Author Posted June 19, 2017 Eric Decker, Titans agree to terms on one-year dealGood move on his part, plenty of action there.. But could also be a bad move if a contender has a reciever go down during camp, he might have cost him self some coin. Quote
JPPT1974 Posted June 19, 2017 Posted June 19, 2017 Yeah as the more the merrier the team hopefully will get in Maclin. Quote
vmax Posted June 19, 2017 Posted June 19, 2017 (edited) Excellent addition. I mean this late in June and to find any receiver of this quality is rare.If the Ravens can bring back their running game teams will be forced to defend the whole field. Now it all come down to the O line and Joe. The D and special teams are solid. Edited June 19, 2017 by vmax Quote
tsylvester Posted June 19, 2017 Author Posted June 19, 2017 Right now there is no return man, so nof sure special teams are set... Maybe they have some one they are hiding who will return kicks & punts...... Quote

The D and special teams are solid. IF the O line gets up to speed, Joe will deliver. But I don't have warm and fuzzies about Center and RT. How the line plays will determine if we make the playoffs or have another mediocre season. Joe needs protection and the backs need holes to run through. Quote
ravinmaniac52 Posted June 19, 2017 Posted June 19, 2017 I worry more about Joe then I do anything on this team. Have seen more Raven games and high lights(low lights), fear. Quote

I think they would have last yr had Marcus not had his leg broken. This is their yr. IF the O line gets up to speed, Joe will deliver. But I don't have warm and fuzzies about Center and RT.
