He openly admitted to Lamar over the past two seasons he was not a fit for this system and went, silently, to management to ask for a trade after this season. He can be replaced. Hmmm...I don't think replacing a 1000 yd receiver here will be easy given our past poor record of drafting good receivers. Think Dev or Proche can fill the need? Even then, he was not great holding the edge, a lot of his stats were because of the piss poor blocking teams he faced and who was on the other side. As usual, they dip into Bama and get a cb who can't stay true to the scheme, who gets lost in coverage... Jalyn Armour Davis... Below-average arm length. Only one year of playing experience. Misses tackles in open space because he does not break down his feet. Can do a better job of playing the ball in the air. Hips open too wide when changing directions. Gets a bit handsy downfield.
