Monkton would be my first choice, he has little desire to be a head coach. Bieniemy would be my second choice, though he likely, if/when successful away from Reid, would then be a head coach candidate. Quote
oldno82 Posted February 8, 2023 Posted February 8, 2023 Yeah I agree. How can you not like the Georgia offense. I'd be happy with Eric but we'd probably have to cut a deal that he would be our next HC after the coming season if his offense is productive. Overall, Monken is probably the best fit. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted February 9, 2023 Posted February 9, 2023 I have yet to see a rational argument why Bienemy would want the Ravens job. Quote
oldno82 Posted February 9, 2023 Posted February 9, 2023 Well, maybe they might make him an offer he can't refuse. Quote
GrubberRaven Posted February 9, 2023 Posted February 9, 2023 I feel like if Bienemy WERE successful, he would be a one and done if hired here. Quote

vmax Posted February 9, 2023 Posted February 9, 2023 Bienemy apparently doesn't interview well so he's not been hired as a HC. If Bienemy can take Lamar to the next level, and this passing offense to the next level, then this would be a huge opportunity to become a HC in the NFL. It won't happen for him under Reid in KC. Jumping in with a coach thats on the hot seat going into next yr is not the move if you want to be a HC. Andy is stable. Quote
tsylvester Posted February 9, 2023 Posted February 9, 2023 True but many think he is only good because of Andy. He doesn't get free rein in KC to call plays. Much like Leftwich in Tampa, highly thought of but only good with training wheels. So by changing teams, becoming a true OC, teams will see him Quote
oldno82 Posted February 9, 2023 Posted February 9, 2023 Could be they're waiting to interview somebody from Philly too. Quote
