Torrey looked like he slowed down to break it up rather than continuing to run and fight for the ball. He disappointed me on that play. But I also agree that it wasn't the right play to call with how we'd been moving with intermediate and short passes on that drive before then. The Ravens played up to their potential but the secondary just had too many freaking injuries this year. A real valiant effort, I thought, and I'm proud of the team.
Agree with all of you. Joe can't lose sight of the fact that the NE secondary is one of the best in the league and if he gets too aggressive, which he does sometimes, there'll be turnovers and incompletions galore.
This team has had me totally confused for 3 seasons in a row. I never know which team will show up, The Great Ravens or The Sucky Ravens. It's gotten to the point where I won't predict what could happen this Saturday. But I'll be watching them.
Kubiak is a big reason this team has finally developed an offense. It's been a long wait. Now he'll probably leave for a HC job and take Dennison with him.
I was home with my wife who started loudly screaming like a banshee after the last Rotlssbbrxxer interception. Wonder what our neighbors thought as they could surely hear her.
One of the grittiest Ravens team so far. To beat the Steelers in Pittsburgh with all the guys we have on IR, well, it's just mind boggling. Great game for Joe and Suggs and Steve Smith. And the defense. Just WOW!
He was also named Defensive Rookie of the Month for the second time. http://www.baltimoreravens.com/news/article-1/CJ-Mosley-Named-Rookie-Of-The-Month-Again/81de67d9-6815-49ae-a489-17c210de3385
