Right on Ken Murray for exposing what I think is a real problem. All is not well in Ravenland...not all of the players are on the same page. Not all are committed to excellence. Not all of them see they have a great chance to have an incredible season. If the Ravens are to have a chance to go anywhere in the playoffs they have to get QB pressure. Especially with an unproven secondary. The Ravens need a Terrell Suggs playing like his hair is on fire. So far all we got is more talk. There are players who lose their motivation once they cash in and it looks like the Ravens have one.

Foxworth would be one of them because he's the players rep...

I love Cam but he's on the hot seat now. He has everything an OC can ask for and now it's time to reap the rewards. My money says he does it. He should be able to destroy defenses.

The Ravens keep getting respect this off season...and it's been a good off season so far for the Ravens. It's all on paper at the moment but I'll take it. It feels like the Ravens have turned a corner in the national perception....having an offense will do that.

Stallworth said this is the best group of rookies he's ever been around. What I hear on Kindle, Cody, Pita, Dixon and Reed is very encouraging. Arthur Jones and Harewood could develop into solid depth. Harewood has the tools to be a big surprise...now, can they teach him and develop him to play at this level? The team is getting younger and deeper. The offense should be lights out with a dominant O line, outstanding running game and the loaded receiving corps. Speacial teams got a big lift with the Graham signing. They'll make the field goals, get deep kickoffs and the punt game is already excellent. They just need a returner to emerge to have a very solid unit. The defense will be dominant. Nobody's running on them. Cody and Kindle are young atheletic additions who will make the front 7 very formidable. It's more important to have good QB pressure than corner cover. Pressure and hurry the QB and the desicion/read/reacting time seriously limits QB's and their completion percentage drops....and the turnovers come. Certainly you want great corner cover, but who the Ravens have will get the job done with the QB pressure the front 7 will generate this year. Webb and Washington are on the fast track back. Anyway...the rookies are the story today and I like what I see. I'll answer the question "What Now." It's hitting America and it's beginning to hit home that we have got to stop using oil as our primary energy source. These billions of $$$$$ need to be spent now on developing clean alternative power. I'm talking about a resource mobilization equal to that of World War 2. We are not only killing the fish, the birds, plankton, marshes ect....we're killing ourselves. What's it going to take for the people on this planet to wake up and realize we're going under?

The Ravens only made 70% of their field goals last year which is borderline horrible IMO. Graham's an upgrade...a step in the right direction.

I can't remember them ever being this bad. Worst record in baseball is totally unacceptable given where they are (or supposed to be) in the rebuilding process. It's so bad that sports talk radio in this town is a total drag because they have to talk about and report the same depressing news on the Orioles....it should be fun to be a fan...not a gut wrenching chore. I can't listen while waiting for Raven news...I'm on music now. Listening to the Oriole promo's is just laughable. The big news today I think is the talk show guys liked the red, white and blue on the hats yesterday...the only positive they could find. This is pathetic.

I'm cooling off on this one now that Goodell has said other cold weather cities could get one. Hotel accodmodations play a big part in getting the bid. They don't want more Jacksonville disasters. "I think Baltimore has that criteria met. We have the best stadium, tons of hotels, the Inner Harbor, a huge convention center ...the parking and transportation infrastructure is there...hookers galore for the media.. to tuck them in on a cold winters night. Baltimore should be a lock."
