If the report is totally accurate, the Ngata story is the perfect capper to a disappointing season - on and (mostly) off the field - and underscores the team's lack of veteran leadership.

I am sure all NFL teams have a plethora of similar issues but this team has been snake bitten this year.

 

The team is in need of some serious soul searching and rebuilding of character & leadership.

 

Its starts at the top and some changes are needed.....soon.
