vmax Posted October 10, 2019 Posted October 10, 2019 I'll be very interested to see if Lamar has a good game passing and if the D shows some kind, shit....any kind, of improvement. "I see a big Ravens win." Cincinnati Bengals team stats:- Offense: 319.2 yards per game (#26 in the league)--- Passing offense: 258.0 ypg (#9)--- Rushing offense: 61.2 ypg (#31)- Defense: 411.8 yards per game (#31.0 in the league)--- Passing defense: 244.2 ypg (#17)--- Rushing defense: 167.6 ypg (#31) - Baltimore Ravens team stats:- Offense: 441.4 yards per game (#3 in the league)--- Passing offense: 249.2 ypg (#13)--- Rushing offense: 192.2 ypg (#2)- Defense: 370.2 yards per game (#21 in the league)--- Passing defense: 280.0 ypg (#29)--- Rushing defense: 90.2 ypg (#10) Quote
oldno82 Posted October 11, 2019 Posted October 11, 2019 Yeah, me too. I'd really like Lamar to have a field day because they are about to hit the toughest part of their schedule. San Fran really did a number on Mayfield and the million dollar offense. I wonder what they'll do us. I hope to see gradual improvement in the 'D' this week. Quote
OutsideRzAcE Posted October 11, 2019 Posted October 11, 2019 I hope Lamar has a good game handing the ball off to our running backs. Take advantage of that 31st ranked run D and run the ball down their throats. It makes for a boring offense for the home crowd but the less time we put our defense on the field against dalton the better. Quote
vmax Posted October 11, 2019 Author Posted October 11, 2019 I'm sure the Ravens will run like crazy. What I want to see is Lamar making good throws as their D is forced to load the box. Anybody notice that the Ravens are scoring in the first quarter of games? We used to have to wait until the 2 minute warning. Quote
tsylvester Posted October 11, 2019 Posted October 11, 2019 I hate commercials, so I love an eight minute touchdown drive all on the ground.. If they don't run the ball, I am going to petition the org to fire Harbs & all of the offensive staff.... Quote
GrubberRaven Posted October 11, 2019 Posted October 11, 2019 Brown and Peanut are game time decisions Quote
varaven45 Posted October 11, 2019 Posted October 11, 2019 Ill make a prediction : the team with the most points will win the game Quote
papasmurfbell Posted October 11, 2019 Posted October 11, 2019 I believe it's a win for the Ravens. They have to have this for the po. They need to keep as much of a lead on c!e as possible. The Ravens are about to head into a gauntlet where they will have a losing record and c!e is will soon enter a cupcake run. Quote
Spen Posted October 11, 2019 Posted October 11, 2019 I think they will win, and easily, but who knows. With this defense and the young offense there are no easy wins. Quote
vmax Posted October 13, 2019 Author Posted October 13, 2019 (edited) Game Day! https://youtu.be/ld8trGIkuLQ Ravens inactives Sunday against Bengals: WR Marquise Brown, ILB Patrick Onwuasor, QB Trace McSorley, CB Jimmy Smith, CB Anthony Averett, G Ben Powers and DT Daylon Mack Edited October 13, 2019 by vmax Quote
tsylvester Posted October 13, 2019 Posted October 13, 2019 Mind set for today: We have a young quarterback, young receivers, relatively young offensive line. We have inexperienced players on defense for the most part..... Oh and a well meaning doofus for a coach... Carry on! Quote
tsylvester Posted October 13, 2019 Posted October 13, 2019 Ready boys & girls! D is for disciplne, the word of the day and already they forgot about it.m. Quote
tsylvester Posted October 13, 2019 Posted October 13, 2019 Very nice answer by the offense, 6 plays, 1 pass, 75 yard touchdown drive. Stadium is half empty Quote
tsylvester Posted October 13, 2019 Posted October 13, 2019 are they giving up on the pass?Just one drive, my guess a play action next series... But stick to the run... Quote
tsylvester Posted October 13, 2019 Posted October 13, 2019 Man, Winston threw five picks today, 400 yards... I know it was in England, but jeepers.. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted October 13, 2019 Posted October 13, 2019 the run is fine. just not lamar doing 80% of it. Quote
OutsideRzAcE Posted October 13, 2019 Posted October 13, 2019 the run is fine. just not lamar doing 80% of it.Looks like they were keying on the running backs up the middle Lamar made em pay. When they adjust and start spying on him from the edge Gus and 21 will have more success up the middle Quote
tsylvester Posted October 13, 2019 Posted October 13, 2019 Hey hey! They ran a real screen play! Woo hoo Quote
OutsideRzAcE Posted October 13, 2019 Posted October 13, 2019 Lamar get your ass out of there on running plays Quote
tsylvester Posted October 13, 2019 Posted October 13, 2019 Who ran the wrong route? Two guys 3 yards apart..m Quote
