He has been reinstated by the team. According to Mort, a team can only deactive a player for punative reasons, 4 times per season. AP has seen a pschologist and says he understands there are other ways to punish a child. Vikes GM says (yes the GM, not the head coach, cough, cough Biscut) says they will wait for due process.... My only question is, why wait? He has admitted to doing this, why are you, Rick Speilman, not responible for passing judgement on this matter, why do you have to wait to make a decison on suspension, or not, for the courts?

They said the same about Vick, he is still making much money and on a team. Have you see what Hardy was convicted of? Seen the police report, heard the 911 calls? Even after his conviction, and likely for a second time when his jury trial is over, he will still have a team to play for and he did far, far worse than Ray.

Rice to appeal his suspension, and he will likely win based just on what we know. He is not going out quietly, nor should he. I dispie what he did, but dispise even more, people who go back on their word. If Vick got a job back in the NFl, for another $100 mil too boot, you can bet Rice will as well.

Funny, not, ESPN is mute on the Goody subject. Last week, as late as friday, Mike &Mike were all over the Goody investigation. Today? They are singing the tune the NFl was last week; focus on the person who comitted the crime, not the investigation nor Goody... The NFL has very long arms....

So Hardy was inactivated for this week's, I mean for TODAY's game. What made Jerry change his mind at THE LAST SECOND, of the SECOND week of games? Maybe, and likely, Goody got to him, letting him know that the outcry has to stop and it starts with the Panthers.... Guess it was a good thing they won without their pass rusher.... hmmmmmmmmm

That depends on the level in his system. The only reason Gordon is likely to have his suspension reduced is because he had well below the new level, .30 or something. Note, reduced, not wiped out. Welker and the other guy had two game suspensions, reducing them is either to one, which they had already missed, or no games, which they will get reimbursed for the game check/checks they lost.

We know the players, by majority want him gone. By default, the union as well. Now that the new drug policy was backed out of the NFL, after the NFl sent it to the union for a vote and it was approved by the players, me thinks the union and players have tobe realy ticked off with him. Two players still playing who did far worse to a woman and Rice did, the league's golden boy, AP, now arrested for what will likely be a plea deal with probation, how long will the NFl drag this out? He has admitted he did that to his son and while it was a spanking gone too far, it leaves a black eye, the NFl is running out of eyes to blacken, though blackened crapie is pretty good with a Biscut, they have to suspend him right? Or will they simply fine him? If they suspend him, will the union fight for him? This season is going to be "fun" for the league.

I saw a clip showing Goody being asked if a player had to be convicted to be disciplined from a few years ago, Goody said no. So I wonder what his excuse is for not coming down hard on the two "golden children for how to treat women".... For that matter, where is NOW or any othe org speaking up about those two? Oh that is right, like Jessie & Al, they only speak out when the subject matter is all over the news.... It should be interesting to see what, if anything he does with AP. Oh and I don't like them using the term child abuse, that term isn't even used in the charging documents.... Head line grabbers suck.

This is a slippery slope, religious freedom, parental discipling. My parents hit me once, and yes, I deserved it. My aunt would grab our ear, drag us to the kitchen and smack our hands with a wooden spoon; she was strong. Me, spanked my daughter once in almost 23 years. Spanking is not everyone's choice, but it is a choice, legal we can chose. When using a switch, one does not have to swing hard to leave a welt. One tiny little nub on the switch can cause a cut, which looks like is the case here, with a cut on one end of the welt. Yes, my friends and I used to play-who is tougher- one thing we would do is smack each other with switches.... If he goes for religious freedom, he best exexplain punishing the child in anger because no person not angry would leave so many welts all over a child's body, and God is clear, never punish when angry. Nonetheless, I don't think he is a child abuser based just on this.

Why max? One has to be a fan of something, to discuss it? There are a lot of subjects I am not a "fan" of, but do enjoy conversing with others on them.

Maybe he was one of the 4 from the meeting, it isn't as if there was 100 people in that meeting.. Something smells fishy here between Ozzie and the team with this case. His version so different than Biscut's, then Biscut calls a kitchen meeting and it wasn't to go over recipes for hot cross buns.

Well, Goody just turned the union against him and likely for good. In his letter to the union on the Rice suspension, he blames the union for the change in suspenion saying they did not portray the incident as the video depicted.... Yet four unnamed witnesses claim they/ Rice did tell Goody exactly as it happened... My guess the four sources are union reps.......

Don't know him, at last not by name, frankly, matters not to me. He can't be too stable can he? Keeps changing his profile pic as the wind blows.....

He was very good to have around back then. We had many a great conversations, adult, no name calling.

But rarely, rarely, are they confident enough to stand up the abuser. If you notice how she reacts and acted when he "spit on her" outside the elevator, and then again inside, it is clear, she is not affraid of him, thus, he likely has never done this before.

So Biscut was fine signing, as papa loved, a person who killed another, but not a man who hit a woman. They will sign a player suspened 3 times for drug use, roids, but not stand by a player he "loved".... Oh I know, I should stop picking on Biscut, there is no gravy to go with the grits.

If you go back to the early days, there have been a number of domestic violence issues, from Ray to McCrary, C-Mac, and a few others, all that went under the rug all the way up to today....Granted Steve wasn't the sole owner back then, but he is one of the common people in all of this.....

Ah, ok thanks Papa. I just wonder if it was true or a made up story to get the ring or the money. Either way, it did not make this much of a fuss, the media never sought out Biscut for a response.

Did we ever find out if what Sugg's girl friend claimed, was true? Did he realy drag her along side the car, pour bleach on her and a chid, punch her in the neck? I know she dropped all charges and the lawsuit, but it has been two years, we never heard much about it, I guess since there was no video, there was no crime? Biscut, are you out there, did you speak with Suggs about those incidents (plural)? Did you help him cover it up or help him get his gun collection back?
