vmax Posted November 21, 2016 Posted November 21, 2016 They'd have to get 3 wins out of their remaining 6 games.I can't see it. 12 NOV 27 1:00PMEST * BENGALS13 DEC 4 1:00PMEST * DOLPHINS14 DEC 12 8:30PMEST + AT PATRIOTS15 DEC 18 1:00PMEST ) EAGLES16 DEC 25 4:30PMEST , AT STEELERS17 JAN 1 1:00PMEST * AT BENGALS Getting 5 wins and a playoff berth out of this schedule????I mean...the Patriots are the only good team on it. cravnravn Posted November 21, 2016 Posted November 21, 2016 BENGALS LOST AJ Green and theur rb Bernard yesterday looks like season enders for them. BUT we will make some other reciever look like Jerry Rice. We losing at Pitt, New England, cinncy, and we better watch out for the Fins. Quote
tsylvester Posted November 21, 2016 Posted November 21, 2016 I see 3 wins maximum, split with the Bengals, should beat the Phins, and maybe the Iggles... But then I wouldnt be surprised if they lost all six or if they won 4 of the six. Quote
oldno82 Posted November 21, 2016 Posted November 21, 2016 I see wins against the Bungles (1), Miami. Eagles is 50-50. The rest look like losses. So that's either 7-9 or 8-8. Quote
OutsideRzAcE Posted November 22, 2016 Posted November 22, 2016 i think we sweep the bengals. They were a shell of their former selves before they lost Green. I think we also beat the phins. NE is a definite loss. I think an eagles loss is likely (Flacco vs Schwartz watch out). I guess it will come down to the Steelers game Quote
varaven45 Posted November 22, 2016 Posted November 22, 2016 I'm with Oldno: it's either 7-9 or 8-8. We will remain mediocre as our record reflects our talent level. Quote
Spen Posted November 22, 2016 Posted November 22, 2016 I think we are headed to 7-9. Usually the offense is only good for a touchdown or two so I cannot feel confident we will win any. A pick six or a kick return for a touchdown could put any any game out of reach.Flacco is on a pace to get 16 TDs and 15 or so INTs. Elite! Quote
papasmurfbell Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 Mia is playing pretty good ball right now. I see that as an L. I see a split between Pitt and Cindy. I am not sure the ravens are even good enough to beat Philthy. 7 wins at best. Quote
ravinmaniac52 Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 One game at a time. I just don't fear the Steelers any, at all. Not saying they will beat them again. What are the odds? They have to win sometime right? Something I heard from some football people on TV, one was a GM the other 2 were coaches at one time. All 3 seem to think that Ravens are a team built to beat the Pats and Steelers, and that was before that TE went down. I didn't say it. Quote

Let's bring home the W today and then we'll see where they are at. Quote
tsylvester Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 If the offense can play like they did today every game, 10 wins is possible. But then, not many defenses play as poorly as the Phins did today... Quote

ravinmaniac52 Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 I'm with you 52. Let's bring home the W today and then we'll see where they are at.sad thing, ravens offense still needs work but getting better.the biggest change i seen today, Joe didn't play as scared as he has. Very sad thing, if the coach was as smart as he thinks he is, 2 wins instead of Quote
tsylvester Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 lol, we dominated the 2nd hottest team in the NFL and that's all you got? it's December, its Ravens football timeWait for it. you said this in another thread. #you not laying an egg, its Fins football in December# according to you the Phish stink in December so the blow out was nothing to write home about, right? vmax Posted December 4, 2016 Author Posted December 4, 2016 The Ravens are 1 game away from a .500 season. It looks like they are not going to get any help so they have to win the division. They showed me a lot today. The main thing is this team is healthy. A run to the playoffs is happening now. Got to share a text that I got from cravnravn during the game:"January Joe heating up. God help the Patriots next week." Quote

Lolhey I'm a stats guy, an edge finder, I did alot of searching to find how bad the Fins get in December..but you know I was slammed when I posted it elsewhere. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted December 5, 2016 Posted December 5, 2016 lolWill you be laughing next Monday night? Quote
vmax Posted December 6, 2016 Author Posted December 6, 2016 The Ravens have got to get the running game going. It's necessary for cold December football....and putting away teams. They didn't run much Sunday, but It might be there or emerging.Dixon: 6 carries 56 yards and 9.3 ypc.West: 10 carries for 50 yards, 5 ypc and 1 TD. Quote
cravnravn Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 Will you be laughing next Monday night?considering I had it penciled as a loss months ago, I hope i will be smiling. Quote
reddog271 Posted December 8, 2016 Posted December 8, 2016 it's funny how people always count Pittsburgh games as a loss.. haven't we beaten them 4 or 5 times in a row. I'm sure it's 4 times in a row at Pittsburgh Quote
varaven45 Posted December 8, 2016 Posted December 8, 2016 Many folks dont give us a chance in Pittsburgh. Even though we ve had their number the last 4-5 games, we havent played them often with a healthy Ben and Bell. I would imagine they will be a very tough out on Christmas day in the Burgh. We'll see.
